TO: ALL CONTRACTORS

SUBJECT: PROTOCOLS (PANDEMIC PRECAUTIONS) #5

DATE: 23 DECEMBER 2020

These are the protocols that will be implemented on January 4, 2020. Based on the bypass
report that must be coordinated to CM on site first, we will implement a strict GCQ on our
premises.

A. Construction site
1. Wear proper PPE before going on site. Use PPE based on specific activity
2. Sector 1 will be the Main access of new gen contractors
3. No Radio
4. No deliveries of food/necessities outside Amaia from Sector 3 and Sector 2
(Canteen will provide food)
5. 2 manpower per group can buy materials needed on site but limited to one time
only, can be updated weekly Monday to Sunday. Another 2 manpower will be
allowed to leave for money remittance and other financial transactions.
6. Inspector / Company staff must provide Quarantine Certification/ Rapid Test/
Swab test from your company before entering Amaia
7. Deliveries of materials from outside Amaia’s premises must provide Quarantine
Certification/ Rapid Test/ Swab test from your company (All Supplier)
8. No smoking onsite. Designated smoking areas should be allotted to barracks only

B. Canteen
1. Canteen will provide all foods needed on site.
2. No canteen shall be established on the barracks per contractor. Once found,
canteen must be disassembled immediately.
3. Debts should be settled before leaving the site.
4. Canteen must provide a list of workers with debts to contractors per week.

C. Barracks
1. No smoking except on designated smoking areas
2. No Alcohol (barracks will be inspected will be based on Blue Guard with/without
permission to In charge per contractor but safety must be present for inspection)
3. Proper Sanitation of worker
4. Proper Disinfection of barracks (photos needed)
5. Maintain cleanliness of barracks (daily photos needed)
6. Daily Roll Call per contractor after duty hours with Blue Guard
7. Complete barracks T&B and wash areas based on approved plans.

D. NOTICE:
1. Wear Face Mask and IDs anytime in construction area or within Canteen area.
2. Basketball or any sports activities will only be allowed during the weekends
subjected to GCQ protocols.
3. Always E-mail APMC before entering Amaia’s premises
4. workers can go home after 1 month and a half stay-in on site and will be subjected
to rapid test upon return
 5. Staring January 4 2021 to February 10 2021. No workers shall be allowed to go
home.
6. Contractors must provide service vehicles for contractors going home and
returning to work.
7. All animals seen onsite, will be taken by blue guard.
