Why Is Health The Most Important Part Of Your Life?

You cannot climb higher in all the other

seven areas of your life if you do not have
enough physical energy to devote to each of
them. When you have low energy, it is
difficult to:
Express love and intimacy;
Support your family and consciously
parent your children;
Perform at work if you are too tired to be
productive;
Have fun with friends if you are dull and
lethargic;
Learn and grow if your weak body has
weakened your mind;
Have a sense of charity and contribution
if ill health has you looking inwards rather
than outwards on helping others.

Without good health, you have nothing!

What Is Health And How Is It Measured ?

Your energy level is a reflection of your

overall health and wellbeing. The more
energy you have, the more you will get done
in your day and life. We all have the same
amount of time in the day, so the difference
between us can only be the energy we bring
into each aspect of our life.
What most people don’t realise is that there
is a symbiotic relationship between your
health and the other seven parts to your life.
Your health is made up of four layers or
energies:
1.Physical;
2.Mental;
3. Emotional;
4.Spiritual.
How To Be Healthier & More Fit?
1. The Circadian Rhythm

The most well-known and possibly the most significant thing

in keeping our bodies on a regular schedule that promotes
healthy sleep and function is our circadian rhythm. Being out
of sync with your body clock can increase your risk of obesity,
cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal problems,
neurodegenerative disorders (including dementia), skin
problems, and other health problems over time. Circadian
rhythm disturbances can affect anyone at any time due to
lifestyle factors and illnesses.
2. Nutrition

Food does more than just provide calories and

energy for the body. Proper nutrition supplies the
vitamins and minerals that the body requires to
function properly. A healthy diet promotes proper
growth and development in children and lowers
their risk of chronic diseases. Adults who follow a
healthy diet live longer and are less likely to
develop obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, or
certain cancers.
3. Hydration

Water is essential for many reasons, including regulating

body temperature, keeping joints lubricated, preventing
infections, delivering nutrients to cells, and keeping
organs functioning properly. Hydration also improves
sleep quality, cognition, and mood. Your hydration level
has a significant impact on your brain. Researchers
discovered that 1.4 percent fluid loss after exercise
impaired both mood and concentration in a study of
young women. It also increases the frequency and
intensity of headaches.
4. Yoga & Meditation

Yoga is beneficial to both physical and mental health for

people of all ages. Furthermore, if you are undergoing
treatment for an ailment, recovering from surgery, or
living with a chronic medical condition, yoga can become
an essential part of your treatment and possibly fasten
healing. Meditation similarly focuses on your breathing
to help you alleviate your stress levels.
5. Physical Exercises

Physical activity can improve your brain health, help

you manage your weight, lower your risk of disease,
strengthen your bones, and muscles, and improve
your ability to do everyday tasks. Adults who sit less
and engage in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity
reap health benefits.
6. Regular Consultations

Regular consultations with a doctor will help

you keep an eye on your overall health, blood
sugar levels, etc. Regular consultation with a
doctor online is even more efficient and
convenient!
