Instructions:

A) Based on your topic, you need to search, write and present your assignment

While students can to be creative in the way of well-organize assignment writing, the
below subtitle will help students to organize/categorize the writing.

1. The definition or importance as introduction, or any components or principles that

are related to the topic, any relevant knowledge & skills.
2. Explain the barriers or/factors or /causes (if there is).
3. Explain the life styles which influences on that health dimension,
4. Assessing process (What is the tools/test assessment; questionnaire, test or …&
evaluate yourself).
5. Prevantion or management related the topic and healthy lifestyle.
 6. Prevention program that resulted to change behaviors (Be more practical. It is an
important part of your assignment; e.g., & educational program).
7. A summary about your topic (1-2 paragraphs are enough)

B) Based on your report, provide a Video clip “What is Physical/Emotional/… Wellness

and How to promote it” (you can advise or suggest for the other groups or people like
pre-school students, adults, college students, older adults, ….)

C) You must present your assignment based on:

1. On the exact date
2. Each group has maximum 12 minutes to present the assignment (2 minutes
video clips included). You must submit the soft copy of your assignment (word doc &
ppt via MyGuru2.
3. You can submit your video via WhatsApp and telegram to head of your and he/she
submit to the class monitor. The best video can be uploaded on social media;
Facebook/Instagram/ YouTube (based on the quality you will extra Mark for it)
4. * Submit assignments (word doc. file) + slides + video clips link) on the
MyGuru2 site in week 13 of Lecture
5. Our class monitor will merge all of the folders and will submit via google
drive.
