1. Intended Use of the Equipment

Forced convection drying oven is used when you need quicker dry for glass instrument or when you
experiment degeneration and hardening of reagent.

This device is also used to experiment preheating prior to heating test, drying for architecture materials
and electronic parts and heat-resistant test.

This device provides excellent experiment environment with surveying self life of food in hard
condition, eliminating moisture, hardening or softening experiment of food and chemicals by heating,
dry sterilization of glass device for microorganism and eliminating moisture contained in food.

2. Feature of Product

z Temperature is regulated by PID controller microprocessor in membrane touch type.

z Overheating is prevented by automatic shut-off circuit.

z One touch type door catcher allows you to open/close the door without any vibration so as not to
affect the contents in the chamber.

z Yon can select two kind timer modes ; normal mode starting the machine as soon as you switch
on, and the other timer mode starting to operate at 1℃ from the pre-set temperature

z This product is multipurpose forced convection oven used in various fields such as life engineering,
pharmacy, medicine science, biology and the like, and is realized to be considered greatly
convenient use and safety.

z Adoption for thermophilic heat-resistant material and use for thermophilic silicone door packing at
the outside of chamber and door provides supper effect of resistant- heat and prevents loss of
heating.

z The structure of chamber is optimized for uniform temperature distribution in chamber.

z Safety circuit is adopted to prevent the device from over current and overheating of heater.
