CHOICE OF SUBJECT FORM – A LEVELS

CLASS-XI of 2021-2022
Students may take only those subjects at the A Level which they have chosen for their O Levels if those subjects are
offered by the school (information should be given overleaf). They must obtain a minimum of Grade C in the subjects they
choose in A Level.
Students wanting to take Further Mathematics must select Mathematics (9709) and must have A* in Mathematics Syllabus
D and A*in Additional Mathematics in their O Level Examination.
Students given provisional admission will be given confirmation to continue only after the O Level Results are accepted by the school
according to the above requirement. Students are required to choose a minimum of 3 subjects and not more than 4 subjects for A Level.
Please note that students selecting Psychology and Further Mathematics for their A’ Levels may have to stay
back for longer duration of time till 2:00pm.
Please note that co-curricular subjects are optional for A Level students. Students may choose either Drama
or Music or Media Studies or Physical Education as a Co-Curricular subject if their routines allow them to do
so. This choice will be offered to them in Class XI.
