relevant information has been properly handed over to driver.

3. GPS’s Trip report must be printed after each and every trip to measure actual times vs
driving skills.
4. Drivers to be instructed of route to be followed per trip and all legal stopping points
identified on Bus schedule “Set parameters as a Geo-fence on GPS system”.
5. Fuel Consumption to be pulled out from e-checking system and shared with operations for
guidance on trip performance control.
Loading Instruction
1. To Ensure driver is well about what and where to load 
 Working System “EXCEL SHEET”

Procedures
1. After a loading instruction is issued to the driver.
- The driver and the truck must proceed to loading point knowing all the procedures as per given training.
2. All drivers must be well briefed before each trip starting process.
- The driver must be informed about his destination and respective offloading point.
3. Drivers must confirm all relevant documents received and all moneys and cards received for payments.
- The driver must sign for the trip sheet confirmed that he has received all the expenses and cards for his trip.
4. Operations must identify the route to be taken and inform drivers of safe stopping places on same.
- The driver must be informed about the selected route for his trip and all the possibles risks vs the route Bus-schedule.
5. Bus schedule needs to be discussed with driver to ensure drivers do not waste any time while on route.
- The driver must always know his bus-schedule even it depends of his own declaration vs agreed location to stop per time.
6. Drivers must be given border and delivery point agent details to ensure smooth clearing and offloading.
- The driver must always collect an RM that instructs him with Borders agent contact details as well as the offloading contact
details.
7. Drivers must report any issue while on route to his destination to operations immediately.
- The driver must always look reportedly and always report for any trip issues/faults, vehicle defects, customs issues,
borders and or offloading delays.
8. Drivers to be instructed not to drive at night, not to speed and to stop in designates stopping areas only.
- At none circumstance the driver are supposed to drive after the indicated time vs cargoes loaded
- Drivers are not supposed to over speed the limit given of 80Km/h and they should always respect the agreed bus-schedule
9. Operations to track and communicate with driver while on route to ensure on time as per loading instruction.
- Operations team to control and ensure the performance of the trip vs TAT
10. Operations Manager to complete the daily turn around report by 09:00am everyday to discuss with TOAM for then to
forward to rest of management team.
11. Operations team must send tracking report via e-mail to all customers/Managers in daily basis and communicate in case of
any issue with immediate effects.
