Dear Mr. Ibrahim,

I am writing to inform you of the termination of your contract as a math teacher for KS3 at
Tambal International Schools. This decision has been made due to the unethical behavior
displayed by you in relation to the falsification of Grade 9 math exam results.

This kind of unethical behavior goes against the principles of honesty and integrity that we
strive to uphold at our school. As educators, it is our responsibility to ensure that academic
standards are maintained and that students are assessed fairly and accurately.

Unfortunately, your actions have undermined the trust and credibility of the assessment
process, and as such, we cannot continue to employ someone who has displayed such
disregard for ethical standards. Therefore, we have no choice but to terminate your contract
as a math teacher at TIS, effective immediately.

We understand that this may come as a shock to you, but we take these matters very
seriously and cannot tolerate any form of academic dishonesty. We hope that you will learn
from this experience and take the necessary steps to reflect on your actions and improve
your ethical conduct in the future.
