Dear Sir,
With reference to the above-mentioned subject that the below employee’s worker under
our company, we M/s. Gulf Gas Pipelines Installation & Supply Co (GIS) LLC would like to
undertake the sole responsibility for our workers deployed at site for any injury / illness/ accident
that may occur during our work at site. We request you to kindly conduct safety induction to
enable our employees to work at your site.
We shall bear the medical and damage cost of our employee if any injury/accident happen at
site during our work.
