General:

Fresh water units are specially designed for the offshore and marine market.
They consists of all necessary equipment for fresh- and hot water supply, such as

Our engineers designs a custom-made unit according to customers specifications,


combined with their big knowledge and experience. Before our production starts
customer gets complete drawings of the unit with locations and dimensions of all
connections.
我公司工程师根据客户的要求,以及技术规格书的要求,将相关的部件总装在相
关模块上,同时在模块生产前,我们可以根据客户实际的要求对安装位置、接口
尺寸进行修改,以满足客户的要求。
We mount all equipment on a common frame and do all internal piping and electrical
work.
Before leaving our workshop each unit has to pass a quality-test, wherefor example all
functions are tested.
When the unit reaches customer the only remaining things to do is to connect water
inlet and outlets and electrical power supply, quick and easy installation onboard.
我们将相关设备安装在公用底座上,完成内部管路和电缆连接。并在设备发货前
完成所有的工厂试验,以及功能试验。设备对于船厂来说,只是接口管路和电路
连接。
All equipment has the highest quality. For example are our calorifiers and
hydrophores made of Stainless Steel. Pumps are well known fabricates of the
worldwide market. Calorifiers and hydrophores are our own fabricate why spare parts
are easy available from one of our offices or representatives worldwide.

际著名品牌,所有设备都可以在世界各地的服务站得到。
Power supply: 380 VAC/ 50 Hz

Scope of supply:
1) Fresh water Hydrophor Unit 淡水压力水柜

2off hydrophore 1000 litres made Stainless steel 304, working pressure
0.4MPa, design pressure 0.45MPa. Including accessories as pressure
switch, pressure gauge, safety valve (with pipe extend to the bottom of
unit), drain cock air supply connection.
Safety valve set pressure 0.44MPa.

2 off fresh water transfer pump for each fresh water hydrophore, Total 4
off pumps. capacity 10m³/h@40m, c/w self device and control box.

两个1000升压力水柜。材料304不锈钢,工作压力0.4MPa,设计压力
0.45MPa。包括压力开关、压力表、安全阀(带管路连接到柜底)、
泄放阀、空气连接口等。
安全阀起跳压力:0.44MPa。

3) Calorifier unit 热水柜

2 off Calorifier 700 litres electrical heating . Electrical heating each 60kW
(3×20kW), working pressure 0.4MPa, design pressure 0.45MPa.
fabricated stainless steel 304, complete with all accessories for operation
and class requirements. The heating element controlled PLC.

统柜体为304材料,所有附件根据船级社要求。加热单元件由可编程
控制器控制。

Control cabinet combined on calorifier, functionally with dry running


protect & over heating protect for heating element to be provided.
The heating element should be controlled by PLC. and should be started
logically, the heating element shall start automatically for low temperature
(45degree C) and automatically shall off high temperature (65degree C).
A common alarm extension to ECR should be available.

电柜箱组合在热水柜上,带防干运转,加热器过载保护等功能。加热
单元由PLC控制,可以实现逻辑启停,系统在水温低于45度时启动,
高于65度时停止。同时,系统带有公共报警延伸到机舱中央监控系统。

1 off hot water circulating pump for each calorifier,Total 2 off pumps ,
capacity 3 m3/h @ 40m against 4bar static pressure, c/w self device and
control box.
每台热水柜配一台热水循环泵,总计2台。排量:3m³/h@40m带自动
启动装置和控制箱。

Accessories: Pressure Gauge, thermometers, thermostat for temperature


control, drain valve, safety relief valve (with pipe extend to the bottom of
unit), control panel, Electric heating elements, level switch and other
necessary component.

Introduction

简介

The Hydrophore system intends to freshwater pressure boosting from a storage tank,
bunker water or fresh water generated from water maker
The unit consists of a chamber with boost pump, pressure switch, safety valve, level
gauge, air supply valve connection and control cabinet.
压力水柜是船舶对淡水舱、岸供淡水和造水机产淡水进行升压,并提供全船使
用。系统包括增压泵、压力开关、安全阀、液位计、压缩空气阀和控制箱等部
件。

includes control cabinet. And ready for on-site installation.

括控制箱,可以在现场安装。
Skid mounting available

模块安装形式
The hydrophore system is available for skid mounting, tank with inner piping, cabling
and control cabinet position on common skid, all the accessories and fittings installed
on skid and easy for on-site maintenance, there is only pipe and cable interface to
shipyard connection. The skid foundation is easy for bolting and welding on-site.
整个热水柜系统可以有模块安装形式,内部的管路、线路、控制箱等部件在模
块机架上安装和布置,所有的附件、配件都安装在模块机架上,非常有利于现
场维护,对于船厂只有界面的管路和线路连接。整个模块机架可以很方便的在
现场铆接和焊接固定。

Piping

The pipe arrangement is follow up the actual flow diagram of system, which given
tightness test in our workshop prior to delivery.
现场的管路布置严格按照流程图布置,整个系统发货前在车间已经完成密性试
验。

Electric connections

电气连接
The electric power supply is 3 x 380 VAC/50 Hz, which is up to on-site power source.
There is only main power connection, the control power is supplied via inner
transformer.
电源为3 x380 VAC/50 Hz,应该和船上电源一致。只需要提供一个主电源即可,
内部
的控制电源可以通过内部的变压器变压提供。

Alarm extension to ECR

报警延伸至中央监控
There is one common potential-free contact alarm extension available.
It can be extended to ECR
系统有一个公共无源报警输出,可以衍生到中央监控系统。

Operating instruction

Make sure of checking of Insulation for electric control cabinet, check insulation with
meg meter before power on system. If something is wrong with insulation. Please
source the power supply cable and inner cable, this is key important.
确认检查电加热器的绝缘,在上电以前用绝缘表检查绝缘。如果绝缘故障,请
检查电源和内部线路,这个非常关键。

Furthermore, check the following: Drain valve is closed. Open inlet and outlet valve.
Power on the system, the boost pump will start automatically which controlled by
pressure switch.
Please check the level through level gauge. Open gradually the compressed air valve,
charge compressed air inside chamber till the level to certain level. Then the pump
will be stopped automatically by activating of pressure switch. Check there is no
leakage on tank.
此外,请检查以下项目:泻放阀已经关闭,打开进出口阀。启动系统,增压泵
将在压力开关控制下自动启动,检查液位计显示的液位高度。缓慢打开顶部压
缩空气阀,将压缩空气注入压力水柜,一直液位计显示到一定液位。然后增压
泵将在压力开关的触发下自动停止。检查桶体是否有泄漏。

Maintenance

维护

Check the boost pump pressure is in good order, which can activate pressure switch.
Keep no dry-running of boost pump. It will roughly damage mechanical seal of pump.
检查增压泵的增压压力是否高和稳定,能否可以触发压力开关动作。请注意避
免增压泵干运转。这样会严重损坏增压泵的机械轴封。

Annual inspection of inside chamber of hydrophore tank

年度压力水柜内部检查
Shut-down the whole system, drain out the tank. After that, open the maintenance
door of hydrophore tank, check inside painting, no corrosion, clean inside.
关闭整个系统,泄放柜体,完毕后打开人孔检查内部油漆有无腐蚀,清洗内壁。
Troubleshooting

故障消除

Boost pressure is not getting high and stable

增压压力提不起来、压力不稳定。

Check no leakage of no-return valve aft boost pump.


Check the impeller of boost pump is worn-out or not.
Check there is leakage or not on deliver line.
检查增压泵出口止回是否泄漏,或有磨损,如有请给予更换。
检查增压泵的叶轮是否由磨损,如有磨损请给予更换。检查
压力水柜出口管路是否有泄漏,如有请修正。

Something wrong with pressure switch

压力开关故障

Boost pump is running without stop:

Check that main electric power supply has been turned on.
Check the pressure switch with hand pressure pump to check setting. If not,
please renew pressure switch.
检查主电源是否已经打开用手动泵检查压力开关的设定值是
否准确,如不准确,请更换。

简介
The calorifier system intends to freshwater from a storage tank, bunker water or fresh
water generated from water maker
The unit consists of a chamber with electric heating elements, el. working thermostat,
el. safety cut outs, steam battery, steam regulating valve and thermostats.
热水柜系统用于淡水舱、岸供淡水及造水机产淡水的加热。系统可以由电
加热器,或蒸气加热,并配有蒸气调节阀和温度控制器等部件。

4. Operation

4.1 Operating instruction

用户操作界面说明
Make sure of checking of Insulation of electrical heating elements, check insulation
with Ohmmeter before power on system. If something is wrong with insulation.
Please source the power supply cable and inner cable, this is quite important. If more
heating element equipped, check insulation of them one by one. Check the setting of
thermostat of heating element, which should be 5~10 degree higher than shut-down
setting.
确认检查电加热器的绝缘,在上电以前用绝缘表检查绝缘。如果绝缘故障,请
检查电源和内部线路,这个非常关键,如果系统同时安装了几个电加热器,请
逐个检查。同时,请检查机械温控器的设定值,应该比电加热器设定停止温度
值高5~10 度。

Furthermore, check the following: Drain valve is closed, All power supply off. Open
vent valve on top, then open inlet ball valve and charge fresh water into calorifier tank.
Upon water release out from top, close vent valve in right way. Then open outlet
valve. And make sure tank fully charged by fresh water.
此外,请检查以下项目:泻放阀已经关闭,所有电气部件都处于电源关闭状态。
打开顶部透气阀,然后打开进口球阀,冲入淡水至热水柜,当淡水从柜体顶部
溢出时关闭顶部透气阀,然后打开出口阀,确认淡水已经充满整个热水柜,并
检查柜体是否有渗漏。

Check there is no leakage on tank,


Upon be sure no leakage on the system, power-on the system. The green lamp will
light when the electric heating is on. The temperature that the electric heating element
shall work at is set by the thermostat at each of the heating elements placed on the
calorifier.
如果柜体没有渗漏,启动电源,当电加热器运行时,绿色的运行灯会闪亮,系
统会根据PLC 的程序设置运行。

4.1.1 Interface operation

操作面板
The operation panel of hot water unit consists of operation page, setting page and
alarm page. The operation page gives operation routine and detail status, the setting
page states setting parameter of unit, the alarm page indicates alarm status on-line.
User can shift in different pages by press keys, the shift procedure as follow
热水单元的操作界面分为三组:操作界面、设置界面、报警界面。
其中操作界面提供给用户便捷的操作途径及详细的状态信息,设置界面使用户可
以根据实际环境设置运行的参数,报警界面在出现故障时能即时的显示故障信
息。
通过人机界面上的按键可以自由切换到用户需求的界面,界面的切换流程如下图
所示:

4.1.2 operation description
1. Operation page 操作界面
1.1 Main operation page 主操作页面

This is the main operation page of calorifer, the page with item is to be displayed once
power on. User can review the running status of unit, such as current temperature,
temperature setting etc. Also user can start and stop calorifier by pressing key as
illustrated.
以上界面是热水柜的主操作界面,系统送电后,界面将自动跳转到该页面。本
页面显示热水柜的电加热器运行状态、当前温度、设定温度等信息,用户可以在本
页面启动、停止热水柜的运行。

This page indicates running information of calorifer, details as follow


本页面显示了热水柜的主要运行信息,下面对个信息逐一进行介绍:
1). Cal. :0/2: 0/2 indicates the quantity and status of electric heater, 0/2 means there
is two electric heaters in calorifier, non of them is running. For example, 1/2 means
one electric heater is running, 2/2 means two electric heaters are running.
其中 0/2 指示了热水柜的电加热器的数量及当前运行数量,0/2 表示热水柜有
三个加热器,其中没有电加热器运行。如:1/2 说明有一个加热器处于运行状
态,2/2 说明两个加热器都处于运行状态。

2). SP: 60.0℃ :Means temperature setting of calorifier, the unit is to be started up,
when temperature less than setting value. In contrary, the unit is to be shut down,
when temperature exceeds setting value. And keep temperature waving between
setting range. Ie. SP:60.0℃ means the water temperature maintains at 60.0℃, and
offset setting as specified in other page. For setting details, please refer to Appendix
A.
指示用户设定的热水柜温度,当热水柜温度低于该温度时,系统开始加热,当
温度高于该设定温度时,系统停止加热。这样确保热水柜的水温维持在设定温
度的区间范围内。如:PV:60.0℃ ,指示热水柜的水温将维持在 60 摄氏度的指
定温度范围区间.用户可以设置该数值。设置方法参考(附录 A:设置参数操作)

3). PV: 20.0℃ :means actual temperature of unit, ie. PV:20.0℃ means current
temperature of unit at 20.0℃
指示当前热水柜内水的实测温度,如:PV:20.0℃指示当前热水柜的水温是 20
摄氏度。
4). Start means start-up or stop calorifier, user can start or stop by pressing key
. ie. When Start indicated in page, turn-on the unit by pressing key , then
page indication will be turned to Stop . When Stop indicated in page, turn-off
the unit by pressing key , then page indication will be turned to Start .
提示用户对热水柜启动或停止的控制,热水柜通过 键来执行启动、停止的操
作。如:Start 当用户按下 键,热水柜将开始运行,此时提示将变成Stop 。
而在Stop 状态下,当用户按下 键,热水柜将停止运行, 提示将变成Start 。

5). Ack. means failure accknowledgemeng. When system failure, user can
accknowledge by pressing key , and confirm subject informtion to PLC.
指示故障确认操作的提示。当故障发生时,系统会产生报警提示,用户在本页
面下可以通过 键,告诉控制器,用户已经发现并确认故障信息。

热水柜报警状态页面

This is the intial alarm page, and gives relevant symble for each item, in right means
Normal for corresponding item, in right means Abnormal for corresponding item.
User can confirm subject alarm item accordingly.
Mainly the alarm page indicates information as follow:

页面包含6个故障信息:

6) Pump Fail (热水循环泵故障)
It means Q02 trip, others are normal.
如上图所示 二号加热器故障。其它都正常。

Ack. means alarm acknowledgement. User can acknowledge subject alarm by pressing
key , when alarm occurs, and confirm alarm acknowledgement to PLC.
指示故障确认操作的提示。当故障发生时,系统会产生报警提示,用户在本页面下
可以通过 键,告诉控制器用户已经发现并确认故障信息。
1.3 Setting and status of electric heating element
热水柜加热器使用设定及运行状态

This page gives information of setting with running status for each electric heating
element, and states running status of each electric heating element in automatic control
mode.
本页面供用户定义热水柜的各加热器是否可被使用,及在智能加热过程中, 加热器
是否处于运行状态。

The system equips PLC controller, and gives automatic control of electric heating
element via temperature, running hour of each element, and difination of each of them. In
order to keep each heating element in order.
本系统采用电脑智能控制,可以通过热水柜的温度、各加热器的运转时间及用户对加
热器使用的定义,自动决定加热器的启停方法,使温度控制更合理,加热器使用更
均衡
User can shift status (enable or disable) No.1 heating element by pressing key , and
shift status of No. 2 heating element by pressing key . If corresponding heating
element is defined as running enable, which is to be highlighted with symbol ,
otherwise highlights with . In right side, Run Ind. means actual running indication
of each heating element. Run Ind. menas subject heating element is running,
otherwise stop with Run Ind. .
Refer to above page, No.1 heating element defined as enable, No.2 heating element
defined as disable. No.1 & No.2 heating elements are out of service right now.
在此页面下,用户可以通过 键切换一号加热器的使用状态, 键切换二号加
热器的使用状态, 键切换三号加热器的使用状态。当加热器被定义为可使用状态,
则在屏幕左侧的符号呈 ,否则呈 。而右侧Run Ind. ,指示当前加热器是否处于
运行状态,如果处于运行状态则显示Run Ind. ,否则显示Run Ind. 。如上面的
页面所示:一号加热器被定义为可使用状态,二号、三号加热器被定义为不可使用
状态,一号、二号、三号加热器当前都处于未运行状态。

1.4 Running hour of heating element


热水柜加热器使用时间

This page gives running hour of each heating element, the hour is to be accumulated
when subject element under service. The system will shift and balance load of each
heating element automatically by PLC. Meanwhile user also can view the actual running
information.
本页面显示了热水柜各加热器的累计运转时间,该时间值只有在对应加热器加热时
才会计时。系统根据该数值来判断加热器的启停策略,用户可以更清晰的获取加热
器的运行信息。
Refer to above page, that means No.1 heating element was in service for 5.21 hour (5
hours,12 minutes), No.2 heating element was in service for 4.23 hour (4 hours, 14
minutes).
如上图:一号加热器共运转5.21小时(5小时12分钟),二号加热器共运转4.23小时(4
小时14分钟),三号加热器共运转0.1小时(6分钟)。

This is the initial setting interface page, user can reach sister pages via this page entrance.
There are two operation items in this page:
本页面是参数设置界面组的入口界面,在本页面下用户可以进入到参数设置界面组。
本页面有两个操作项目:
SETTING : user can reach setting page by pressing key .
指示用户通过 键,进入到参数设置界面组。
user can test lamp by pressing key , all lamp to be on when key pressed,
otherwise means something wrong with subject lamp, and need to be replaced.
用于测试操作面板上的指示灯是否损坏,当用户按下 键,面板上的指示灯都应该
亮,否则说明有指示灯损坏,需更换指示灯。

2.1 Thermostat setting page
热水柜温控范围设置

This is the page for setting of thermostat, the system can give logic control of heating
elements via settings in this page. The parameters in this page are corresponding to
setting of CAL.& SP in page 1.1, and intend to carry out calorifier temperature control.
User can change setting via way of Appendix A.
The system has 1st and 2nd stages, which is the control logic and squence heating
elements (1st and 2nd stages are corresponding to priority of certain heating element, not
number of heating element. Start-up priority is corresponding to running hour of certain
heating element). The system will start or stop certain heating element refer to different
temperature range.
For details please refer to below illustration:
本页面提供了设置温控范围的功能,系统通过该页面设置的参数,自动控制加热器启
停的时机和顺序。本页面的参数必须与1.1页面上CAL.的SP设置温度值配合,来实现
热水柜温度控制。用户可以手动设置页面上的各项参数。设置方法参考(附录:设置
参数操作)
系统通过启停一级、二级加热器来调整升温、降温的幅度(注:一级、二级加热
器与启动优先等级有关,与加热器的编号无关,启动优先等级与加热器累计运行时
间相关联) 。系统会根据不同的温度段,启动或停止不同的加热器。如下图:

For example the CAL.1 SP setting is 65℃.


假设1.1页面上的CAL.1 的SP设置为60℃,按本页面所示:

2.2 High Tem. Alarm setting


高温报警值设置

In order avoiding over-heating to calorifier, the system has multi-protection device, which
consists of high-tem. Alarm in software. User can set High tem. Alarm limit. Alarm
occurs upon temperature exceeds setting point, and shut-down heating, then give alarm
extension.
Refer to above, the high temperature setting is70℃( 65℃), when heating temperature
exceeds 70℃(65℃), alarm occurs, and gives extension.
为了防止热水柜水温过高,系统包含多重温度保护措施,其中包括软件定义的
高温报警功能。用户可以通过本页面设置高温报警的温度上限值,当热水柜的温度
超过用户定义的温度值时,系统自动停止加热,并发出报警信息,供用户即时诊断
高温产生的原因。
页面上包含热水柜的高温设定项目,用户可以手动设置页面上的各项参数。设
置方法参考(附录:设置参数操作)
如页面所示:热水柜的高温报警值为65℃,当热水柜温度超过65℃时,系统会
发出报警信号。

2.3 Interval change-over of heating elements


加热器切换周期设置
In order to maintain temperature of calorifier, the system need to keep one or two heating
element running, and maintain temperature in setting range. That will cause running hour
out of balance of each heating elements. One of them has longer running hours than
others, and shorten life of corresponding heating elements.
In case of this, the system will counter running hour for each heating elements, and
appoints automatic change-over interval. The system will analyse running hours of each
heating elements, and switched over to certain heating element in priority, which has
short running hours. So that keeps running hours of each heating elements in balance.
This page gives setting of auto sequence interval, upon change-over interval, the system
will analyse and gives priority to certain heating element. User can manually changes
setting in above page.
Refer to above page: they system will change running priority of each heating element
every 3 hours.
热水柜为了保持一定的温度,可能需要一个加热器或两、三个加热器运行,使
温度维持在指定范围区间,这样每个加热器的运转累计时间会不同。如果一个加热
器长时间运行,而另一个运转时间不长,这样会使三个加热器的负荷不均衡,导致
器件寿命和加热性能大打折扣。
所以系统会计算每个加热器的运行时间,为了使每个加热器运行时间均衡,在
指定的自动切换周期内,自动分析加热器的运转时间,使运转时间相对较少的加热
器优先运行,这样可使每个加热器的运转时间相对平衡。
本页面就是供用户设定自动切换周期,在周期到达时,自动分析、判断加热器
的运转优先等级。用户可以手动设置页面上的参数。设置方法参考(附录:设置参数
操作) 如页面所示:每3个小时,判断执行各加热器的运转优先等级,并按此等级运
行加热器。

2.4 Temperature correcting


温度矫正

The system detects temperature via sensor, there could be deviation cuased on signal
processing, in order to keep high precision, the system arrange a temperature correcting
page, user can change setting to keep temperature detecting more precious.
Temperature= detecting temperature + correction
Ie. The acutal temperature is 40.1℃, and the sensor gives 40℃, thus user can correct 0.1,
that would be corrected at 40.1℃.
系统通过温度传感器检测热水柜温度,在信号检测处理的环节中,可能存在些
许误差,为了使系统获得更精确的温度值,系统为热水柜提供一个温度矫正参数,
用户可以通过设置该参数,使温度值更精准。
热水柜温度=传感器检测温度+矫正参数
系统将根据矫正过的温度来判断执行各种控温流程。用户可以手动设置页面上
的参数。设置方法参考(附录:设置参数操作)
例如:实际水温为40.1℃,而传感器检测的温度为40℃,用户就可以将矫正参
数设为0.1,这样热水柜的温度=40.1℃。

3. Alarm page
报警信息界面

The system has self-diagnosis device, and provent system from various faults, and advise
user immediately, and gives user for easy operation, maintenance and troubleshootings.
The system will turn to alarm page, upon alarm occurs.
Alarm list as follow:
系统拥有完善的自保护功能和故障诊断,通过保护功能可以防止各种意外故障及安
全事故,并可以在第一时间内简单直白的告诉用户故障的类型。使用户更便捷的维
护、维修系统。
当故障发生时界面会自动跳转到报警信息页面,第一时间内告知用户故障信息。

附录A:设置参数操作
User can modify setting in interface page, when subject page display setting, user can
entre setting mode by pressing key , then subject item will be highlight in black,
number flashing with cursor as follow:
用户可以通过人机界面对系统的数值参数进行修改,当页面有可以设置的数值参
数,用户可以通过 键进入到设置参数状态,被设置的数值参数呈黑底白字状态,
并在修改的数位有闪烁的光标如下图示:

Setting cursor

User can move cursor by pressing key and increase or decrease value by
pressing key .
If there are several setting items available, user can shift by pressing key in different
items.
Then user can confirm setting on subject item by pressing key , or cancel it by
pressing key .
在此页面下,可以通过 、 键使光标在设置数值参数的数位间移动,通过
、 键 增加或减小光标所在数位的数值。如果页面上有多个可以设置的数值参
数,用户可以通过 键在不同的数值参数间切换。当用户变更参数后,按 键
将确认保存更改的参数,按 键将取消更改的参数。

4.2 Maintenance

维护
Check if there is any electro-deposition at the heating coils, this should be done regularly and
is dependent on for example the water hardness. Clean of the deposition if there is any on the
coil.
检查加热管是否有电解和结构现象,清洗加热管的结垢。

4.3 Changing of heating elements

加热管的更换
Close inlet valves and stop circulating pump.
Close pump valves.
Open drain valve and drain heater.
The heating element can now be changed.
Fill up heater again as in the start up.
关闭进口阀,停止循环泵
关闭水泵阀门
打开泻放阀
可以更换电加热器
淡水注入罐体然后启动系统

5. Troubleshooting

故障消除

5.1 Something wrong with insulation of heating elements:

电加热器绝缘故障

Check if there is water or condensate inside the control box.


Try to dry out the element carefully.
Contact Hansun for help, to avoid damage of the heating elements.
Replace the heating element.
检查是否有水或冷凝现象在电加热器接线盒内仔细吹干电气部件联系汉盛寻求协助更
换电加热器

5.2 Something wrong with water temperature

水温故障

If no raising in water temperature upon start-up on unit:


系统启动后水温没有上升

Check that main electric power supply has been turned on.
Check if the steam inlet and outlet valves are open (yard supply)
Check thermostats.
Check heating elements by measuring the resistance in the different heating tubes.
Check if the steam solenoid valve has shut off the steam flow.
Check that the PT100 sensor is set at a higher temperature
Check fuses and over current relays in the control cabinet.
检查主电源是否已经打开如有蒸气加热,检查蒸气进出口阀是否已经打开(船厂
提供)检查温控器用万用表检查各个加热器的电阻检查PT100 传感器的设置是否
高于启动设定值检查控制箱内的保险丝和过载保护器是否在正常工作状态

Water temperature cannot maintained during use:


淡水温度不可以稳定保持

Check electric heating elements. Some of the tubes may be out of order.
Check fuses and over current relays in the control cabinet.
Check all thermostats.
Check that the electric PT100 sensor is set at a higher temperature
Check if there is a steam flow.
Check Water circulation:
检查电加热管,可能有几根管子已经故障了。检查控制箱内的保险丝和过载保护
器是否在正常工作状态检查所有的机械热保护器检查PT100 传感器的设置是否高
于启动设定值如有蒸气,检查是否有蒸气流动检查是否有热水循环

No circulation:
没有循环
Check that main electric power supply to control panel has been turned on. Check
fuses.
Check that motor and pump are running, there is interlock of system running
Check that all inlet and discharge valves are open on pumps and areas to be supplied
with hot water.
Check that pump is operating in right direction, i.e. rotation of motor is correct.
检查主电源,和保险丝。检查马达和水泵是否运行,系统由互锁运行功能。检查
