A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE CONGRESS HEADED BY HON. CONG.

JOSELITO “JOEL” S. SACDALAN TO ALLOCATE FUND AMOUNTING TO FIVE MILLION PESOS
(P5,000,000.00) INTENDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT LOPE T.
QUIAL, SR. CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the Lope T. Quial, Sr. Central Elementary School in partnership with the Barangay Council of
Poblacion aims to inspire all students to reach for their dreams through reading programs and advancing early
childhood literacy;

WHEREAS, the above-mentioned inspiration is unreachable due to lack of classrooms and any learning place
and to that in order to meet it ends and accomplish its purposes in the manner that ensures effectiveness and
efficiency in student’s learning, it is imperative for the PTA officers tied up with the Barangay Officials of this
Barangay to construct Multi-purpose building as additional learning place of the students of Lope T. Quial, Sr.
Central Elementary School;

WHEREAS, the budget of the said school and of Barangay Poblacion is limited as it involves greater budget,
our Barangay and the school needs full support from the office of the congress headed by our beloved Cogressman
Joel Sacdalan to allocate funds amounting FIVE MILLION PESOS (P5,000,000.00) for the Construction of Multi-
purpose building in said school;

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Hon. Kagawad Julius Ivy G. Cedeño duly seconded by Hon.
Kagawad Jowarson Y. Vedra;

RESOLVES, as it is hereby resolved to approve the request to the office of the Congress headed by Hon.
Congressman Joel S. Sacdalan to allocate funds amounting FIVE MILLION PESOS (P5,000,000.00) for the
Construction of Multi-purpose building in Lope T. Quial, Sr. Central Elementary School;
 RESOLVED FURTHER that this resolution be forwarded to the office of Congressman Joselito Sacdalan
for appropriate action and proper guidance.
