STEEL E = 210 (109)Pa, Density 7,8.103 kg/m3

From these results it can be seen that the greatest stress occurs in the middle part of the stem which is
supported (2,808,109 Pa). This happens because the peak deflection is on the two sides due to there
being no supporting beam in that section.

Meanwhile, the maximum deflection is at the bottom of the beam. This happens because the bottom
end of the beam is supported/tied. Meanwhile, the upper end of the beam does not rest, allowing for
elasticity to occur in the other stems.

These two beams also

experience elasticity because
they have no support (not tied)
so they can reduce deflection in
the other beams

The bottom of this beam is at

the fulcrum point, so that the
deflection is not shared with the
other members and experiences
maximum deflection
Aluminium E = 72 (109)Pa, Density 2,7.103 kg/m3

Steel Aluminium
S Mises 2,808. 109 2,808. 109
U Magnitude 5,231.10 1,526.102

Both of Aluminum and Steel have same Characteristic with the same models. Both of Steel and
Aluminum have a same value at S Mises, but have different value with maximum deflection. It because
different characteristic about aluminum beam and steel beam. Young’s Modulus of steel more bigger
than Aluminum, so that’s why aluminum have a bigger deflection’s than steel
