WELCOME TO

Challenge 30
I am delighted that you have taken the decision to invest some time and thought
into yourself each day - over the next 30 days you will be working on a
Challenge based and targeting YOUR Goal!

Whilst as individuals you will be working on your own goals this Challenge brings you
into a team, all the points you earn will be brought together and calculated into a
Team score. Your team members are your class type session attendees.
Points make Prizes!

Team scores are calculated as the average joint score of all participants in your Team
over the 30 days. Regular updates of the teams score will be shared.

How do you earn points?


For every day that you achieve your days challenge you will earn 1 point (the
achievement needs to be recorded & received with me (evidence is required! :-)) by 12
noon the following day. Please submit your evidence via the Facebook group or send to
me privately via WhatsApp 07368 884600.
Note: Only 1 30 day Challenge can be used.

Bonus Points are available - Complete challenges found on the BONUS POINT
CHALLENGES sheet - A max of 2 additional bonus point can be claimed per day,
Double claims are not accepted.
