APPLICATION FOR INTERVENE

ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWITH:

1. The Applicant herein the Original Sub tenant of the abovesaid

suit premises since last Year. That that original tenants i.e Suresh

Prabhu and Shailesh Prabhu given a Power of Attorney to one

Subhash Venkatesh Prabhu. In the Year 2023 that the said power of

attorney holder sublet the said premises in intervener/Applicant name

with the consent of Original tenants as per the MOU dated 4.11.2023.

That as per the terms of the said MOU dated 4.11.2023 that the

Applicant/ Intervener paid a security deposit of Rs. 5,00,000/- by

 cheque bearing no. 000021 drawn on I.D.F.C bank, to the Respondent

out of which amount of Rs.15,00,000/-.

2. That the Original tenant died on 20.02.2024 . That the Applicant paid a

rent to the Respondent of Rs. 1,10,000/- per month.

3. That the Intervener submits that any order passed by this court without

hearing the present intervener shall cause great prejudice to the

Intervener and he shall suffer a great loss as the Respondent and he

has inflicted severe atrocities on the Intervener which include

threatening call as well.

4. That the intervener submits that after filing of Complaint before this

Tribunal and thereafter the Respondent threaten the Applicant/

Intervener That the Intervener submits that it is essential to hear him

before passing any order as severe loss are committed on here and an

Interim is procured by portraying wrong facts before this Hon’ble

Court.

5. In the circumstances abovementioned it is prayed that:

(i) That this application be allowed and the Intervener be allowed

to intervene;

(ii) That the Applicant be directed to provide a copy of the

Application to the Intervener;

(iii) Any other relief as this Hon’ble court may deem fit in the
 interest of justice.

(iv) AND for this kind act of Justice the Intervener shall be duty

bound as ever.
