2. We acknowledge receipt of your letter with reference number MDlO64t2O24

dated 28th March , 2024 regarding the captioned subject above.

3. ln response to your letter, be informed that approval to proceed with the

construction is granted. However, before commencement of the project you have to
seek approval from other relevant authorities such as NEMC and EWURA.

4. Further be informed that, during implementation of the project make sure the
activities should not interfere with port operational activities also you have to seek
permit for hot work from TPA and you have adhere to engineering safety regulations.

5. Kindly comply with the given conditions so as to ensure the project is carried
out in a safe manner.
