RECOVERY TIPS
TAKE A COLD SHOWER
this is the most common tip for a reason, cold showers are the most effective to
reawaken your brain. Let’s be honest, cold showers are VERY unpleasant. By
taking a cold shower, your survival instinct kicks in and you’re full of adrenaline.
This pumps you up with energy and adrenaline to carry on with your work,
removing that groggy feeling.

hormone prolactin... Oxytocin is also thought to reduce stress levels, which again
could lead to relaxation and sleepiness.
to recover from that tired feeling, just do what your body wants you to and sleep
for a good 2-3 hours. You’ll notice that you’re much more refreshed than you

refreshed as you were before relapsing.

go for a quick 10 min long run or do some cardio exercises like jumping jacks and

SLEEP...

get a good 2-3 hour long sleep. After waking up, waste no time and get straight to
work, you’ll feel much better by the end of the day.
EAT HEALTHY

more susceptible to relapsing.
