screen time and use your devices for productive purposes only.

EAT HEALTHY
This is one of the most overlooked activities of post relapse recovery, flooding
your brain with the excess dopamine of sugary processed foods will make you
more susceptible to relapsing.

yes and no. contrary to popular belief, you don’t lose a whole lot of nutrients after
