BARANGAY EXECUTUVE ORDER NO. 26 – 2023

AN ORDER IN THE ORGANIZATION OF HOUSE CLUSTER WITH DESIGNATED CLUSTER

LEADER.

WHEREAS, it is a declared policy of the state to safeguard the

integrity of its territory and the well-being of its constituents from
the adverse effect of dangerous drugs;

WHEREAS, Section 16 of the Local Government Code provides that one of

the main concerns of the Local Government Units is to maintain peace
and order;

WHEREAS,Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) Regulation No. 3 stipulates that

Local Government Units shall provide assistance in the government
pursuit of the intensified and unrelenting campaign against illegal
drugs;

WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 6 (A) (3) DDB Regulation No. 3 every

barangay shall organize house clusters with designated cluster leader
who shall direct report to the BADAC Chairman all essential facts of
any illegal drug activities, clandestine laboratory operations and
other drug-related data;

NOW THEREFORE, I, VENER C. DELA CRUZ, Punong Barangay of Dakila, City

of Malolos, Bulacan under the power and authority vested in me by Law,
do hereby order the ORGANIZATION OF HOUSE CLUSTERS AND DESIGNATION OF
CLUSTER LEADERS, to with:

Organized House Clusters with Designated Cluster Leaders

Cluster 1 – CECILIA M. ROQUE

Cluster 2 – MARYJANE ROQUE
Cluster 3 – CONCEPCION BARTOLOME
Cluster 4 – ROMINA TAMAYO
Cluster 5 – CELINA B. TEODORO
Cluster 6 – MA. MARIZA E. DIMAPILIS

Duties and Functions of Designated Cluster Leader

o Attend BADAC meetings, upon instruction of the Punong

Barangay.

o Maintain or prepare a list of individuals or residents in

every household within the assigned cluster.

o Immediately inform or report to the PB/BADAC Chairman of any

incident or event that transpired within the cluster
involving illegal drug personalities and/or activities; and
 o Perform other functions as may be assigned by the BADAC
Chairman.

This order shall take effect immediately upon approval.
