Jharkhand, (2) Manjula Rathor wife of Giradhar Lal Rathor, resident
of Purulia Road, Dangartoli, Ranchi, District Ranchi Jharkhand, (3)
Nutan Varu, Wife of Late Kishor Varu, resident of European Quarter,
chaibasa, P.O. and P.S. Chaibasa District, West Singhbum, Jharkhand
and (4) Geeta Chawda wife of Mukesh Chawda, resident of Srinagar,
Raipur, Chhattisgarh, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
under:-
1. That, we all are daughters of late Hirji nanji Taunk.
2. That, Our father expired on 19.01.2017. He was aged about 92
years.
3. We have given a NOC (No objection certificate) to our brothers:
1. Rasik lal Taunk
2. Mahendra kumar Taunk

numbered 02AA 835368, in the February of 2017 following the due

legal process, to get our father's properties mutated in their name,
upon his demise in our full awareness.

4. Today in 2024, We are requesting our brothers to consider giving a

share of the the property to our younger sister Geeta Chawda. Who
works as a school teacher in the capital city of Chhattisgarh, and
resides at Sringar, Raipur. We make this request as we
wholeheartedly respect the Hindu succession act and its amendments,
and today are requesting our brothers to do the same citing the similar
requests being honored in our respective families.

5. We hereby furnish the details of the properties or assets in which

our respective husband or father-in-law have awarded a share to our
respective sister-in-law deeply honoring the Hindu succession act.
