Job Responsibilities:

 Strategically planning, coordination and monitoring of all Housekeeping activities.

 Prepares the annual Housekeeping budget and fulfils the financial objectives of the hotel
through proper and efficient management; ensure that the department's Operational Budget is
strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled; ensure monthly forecasted figures
are achieved.
 Establishes control systems for Employee Uniforms, Linen, Housekeeping Equipment, materials
and supplies.
 Ensure all employees attend and complete required training, meetings or other scheduled
activities as required.
 Planning, budgeting and managing regular maintenance of rooms and public areas.
