Solution

Looking at the conflict between the ISS and CIC, I see a problem in the
communication flow and management of the division of tasks between the two. Thus, the
second meeting is necessary to provide further explanation, especially in providing services
on a service basis to consumers.
Therefore, a solution can be found when we understand what they both want. Both
will show the desired needs and future potential in the development of the quality of services
provided to consumers. To achieve a solution that is expected to solve the problem, a meeting
is held to discuss it.
At the meeting that will be held, there are 2 sessions that will be held in the second
meeting. The two sessions will discuss the existence of the benefits of the output model to be
applied in service providers and simplify the governance structure between ISS and CIC.
Each session will run for 20 minutes.
By looking at the expected conditions, my election as chairman of the meeting will
divide each session into various events to achieve the expected conditions. In the first session,
with the aim of explaining the existence of the benefits of the potential model, I will divide it
into 2 events with a presentation related to the benefits of the output model and a discussion
between the two parties regarding the potential development of the output model in service
providers to consumers. As for the second meeting, I will conduct a focus group discussion to
discuss the flow of coordination between the two parties. Before conducting the discussion
session, I will first ask both parties regarding the needs and potential desired by both,
specifically to the management of CIC. The questioning session will only run culturally and
informally, it is intended so that both parties can comfortably and openly express their
respective opinions. The need for a questioning session was carried out to explore data. This
is to achieve the continuity of the discussion session and I as the meeting leader can clearly
know how the direction will be achieved with reference to the objectives for the
simplification of the governance structure that is carried out.
The first session will run for 20 minutes, with the division I've made to do. In the first
5 minutes, I will give a presentation related to the output model in service providers. The
presentation material will discuss the benefits and how the output model can have an impact
on all elements of the service provided to consumers. After that, in the next 5 minutes I will
hold a question and answer session regarding clarity in the implementation of the output
model. This is to explain in depth the ambiguity of this output model. Next, I will hold a 10-
minute discussion session with both parties regarding the strategic design in implementing
the output model. In this discussion, I will direct the discussion by explaining the forms of
professionalism that must be achieved in the application of this output model. So this session
will also discuss the key performance indicators (KPI) in the implementation. After that, at
the end of this session, I will bring a narrative to explain some of the other elements in the
implementation of the adjustments made to the KPIs. This was done to reach an agreement
regarding new adjustments in the implementation of the output model in all elements.
In the second meeting, I will open the meeting by explaining in advance how this
meeting will continue and the objectives to be achieved for 3 minutes. Next, for 5 minutes I
will direct each company to have a discussion first to discuss opinions regarding the purpose
of the meeting. After that, for 10 minutes I will direct 2 parties to have a discussion and
convey their respective views regarding the objectives that I have explained. In this session,
companies can express their opinions with their respective interests. However, as the chair of
the meeting, I will try to be neutral but still with the direction of holding the meeting.
Therefore, before the meeting is held, I will personally ask about the objectives to be carried
out during the meeting to 2 parties to explore data on the needs and potentials of the two
institutions, specifically on CIC. So that in the last 2 minutes of the meeting, I will explain
the results of the meeting that have been agreed upon by both parties by adjusting to the
purpose of holding this meeting.
