Request to Send Judges for the Rangoli Competition

Dear Madam,

Our school is hosting its annual rangoli competition for Diwali Dhamaka.We would be grateful if you could
send two of your senior art teachers to judge our competition.

The event will take place on the 25th of February, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the Centenary Hall in our
school. Transportation and refreshments will be provided to the judges. Please send us the names and
contact numbers of the two teachers, so that we can get in touch to coordinate the transportation details.
