Important Instructions for Computer Based Test (CBT)

1. अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे इन निर्देशों को ध्यान पूर्वक पढे़ं l

Candidates are advised to read these instructions carefully.

2. सभी अभ्यर्थियों को रं गीन स्वरूप में मुद्रित ई-प्रवेश पत्र को इस पर उल्लिखित तिथि और समय पर आवंटित परीक्षा कें द्र पर लाना होगा। मुद्रित ई-प्रवेश
पत्र के साथ सरकार द्वारा जारी वैध फोटो पहचान पत्र यथा; आधार कार्ड या मतदाता पहचान पत्र या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस या पासपोर्ट या पैन कार्ड या
अभ्यर्थी का फोटो युक्त बैंक पासबुक की मूल प्रति या अभ्यर्थी के फोटो युक्त राशन कार्ड की मूल प्रति (फोटोकॉपी या स्कै न की गई प्रति नहीं) सत्यापन
के लिए अवश्य प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
All candidates must bring the E-Admit Card printed in colored format to the allotted Test Centre on the date and time mentioned
on admit card. The printed E-Admit card must be presented for verification along with original (not photocopy or scanned copy)
valid photo identification card issued by Government viz. Aadhaar Card or Voter Identity Card or Driving License or Passport or
PAN Card or Bank Passbook having photograph of the candidate or Ration Card having photograph of the candidate.

3. प्रवेश पत्र के ऊपरी हिस्से में अभ्यर्थी को अपना फोटो चिपकाने की जगह दी गई है । अभ्यर्थी वही और समान आकार का फोटो चिपकाएँ गे जो उन्होंने
आवेदन पत्र जमा करते समय प्रदान किया था।
In the upper part of the admit card, the candidate has been given a place to paste photograph. The candidate will paste the
same and identical sized photograph that he/she provided while submitting the application form.

4. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को वैध ई-प्रवेश पत्र और मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र के बिना परीक्षा कें द्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
No candidate will be allowed to enter the test centre without valid e-admit card and original photo ID.

5. परीक्षा परिसर में प्रवेश से लेकर बाहर निकलने तक अभ्यर्थी सीसीटीवी की निगरानी में रहेंगे।
Candidate will be under CCTV surveillance from entry to exit of the test premises.

6. परीक्षा भवन में जूता-मोजा एवं फू ल शर्ट पहन कर आना सर्वथा वर्जित है l परन्तु चप्‍पल ‍एवं हाफ शर्ट/टी-शर्ट पहनकर जा सकते है l
It is absolutely prohibited to come to the examination hall wearing shoes, socks and full shirts, but you can go wearing slippers
and half-shirts/ half T-shirts.

7. किसी भी परिस्थिति में प्रवेश पत्र पर अंकित परीक्षा की तिथि , समय और परीक्षा के न्द्र में परिवर्तन के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Under any circumstance, no request for change in the test date, time and test centre printed on the admit card will be
considered.

8. यह ई-प्रवेश पत्र परीक्षा के लिए जमा किए गए अपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा की गई घोषणाओं के आधार पर जारी किया गया है। यदि चयन
प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में यह पाया जाता है कि अभ्यर्थी पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा नहीं करता है, उसके द्वारा की गई घोषणाएं या उसके द्वारा प्रस्तुत
कोई भी दस्तावेज/सूचना झूठी पाई जाती है, या उसने किसी भी समय गलत जानकारी प्रदान की है तो अभ्यर्थी की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। यदि
चयन के बाद ऐसी कोई घटना होती है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी को बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति को कार्र वाई करने के अधिकार, जो वह उचित समझे,
पर प्रतिकू ल प्रभाव डाले बिना समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा।
This E-Admit Card is issued based on the declarations made by the candidate in his/her online application submitted for the
test. In case it is found at any stage of the selection process that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria, the
declarations made by him/her or any document/information submitted by him/her are found to be false, or he/she has provided
any wrong information at any point of time, the candidate’s candidature will be cancelled. If such an event happens after
selection, his/her candidature will be terminated without prejudice to the Bihar School Examination Board's right to take any
action as it may deem fit.

9. अभ्यर्थी को ई-प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित नियत समय पर अपने आवंटित परीक्षा कें द्र पर पहुंचने की आवश्यकता है ताकि प्रवेश की औपचारिकताएं और
अनिवार्य तलाशी आसानी से की जा सके । परीक्षा कें द्र का मुख्य द्वार परीक्षा शुरू होने के 30 मिनट पहले बंद कर दिया जाएगा। देर से आने वालों को
प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं है। इसलिए, अभ्यर्थी को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षा से कम से कम एक दिन पहले अपने परीक्षा कें द्र और उसकी पहुंच का
पता लगा लें ताकि वे परीक्षा के दिन समय पर कें द्र पर पहुंच सकें ।
Candidates are required to reach their allotted test centre at the reporting time as mentioned in the E-Admit Card so that entry
formalities and compulsory frisking can be done smoothly. The main gate of the test centre will be closed 30 minutes before the
commencement of the test. No latecomers are allowed to enter. Candidates are, therefore, advised to locate their test centre
and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can reach the centre on time on the day of the test.

10. परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा भवन छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Test Hall during the Test.

11. उन अभ्यर्थियों को जो सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के पत्रांक F.No.29-6/2019-DD-III Dated:10th August.2022 के
प्रावधानों अंतर्गत श्रुति लेखक प्राप्त करने के पात्र हैं, को कं प्यूटर आधारित परीक्षण के प्रति घंटा के लिए कम से कम 20 मिनट का प्रति पूरक समय दिया
जाएगा l
Those candidates who are eligible for scribe under the provisions of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Government
of India Letter No. F.No.29-6/2019-DD-III dated August 10, 2022, will be allotted compensatory time of not less than 20 minutes
per hour of the computer-based test.

12. अभ्यर्थी को के वल प्रवेश पत्र जारी करने का अर्थ यह नहीं होगा कि उसकी उम्मीदवारी को बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा अंतिम रूप से स्वीकार
कर लिया गया है। यदि किसी अनैच्छिक/अनजाने/अनुचित त्रुटि के कारण किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को ऐसे मामले में प्रवेश पत्र जारी किया गया है, तो उस प्रवेश
पत्र को अमान्य माना जाएगा और ऐसे अभ्यर्थी की उम्मीदवारी को किसी भी स्तर पर पता चलने पर सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
The mere issue of an admit card to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally accepted by the Bihar
School Examination Board. If due to any unintentional/inadvertent/undue error, an admit card has been issued to any candidate
in such a case, the admit card will be considered as invalid and the candidature of such a candidate will be summarily rejected
on detection at any stage of selection process.

13. कं प्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) के लिए लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड अभ्यर्थी को उनकी संबंधित सीट पर परीक्षा शुरू होने से 10 मिनट पहले प्रदान
किया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थी को वही आवेदन संख्या और पासवर्ड दर्ज करना होगा, जो कं प्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए परीक्षा कें द्र पर प्रदान किया
जाएगा। अभ्यर्थी का नाम और आवेदन संख्या कं प्यूटर स्क्रीन पर प्रदर्शित होगा।
The login ID and password for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before the
commencement of the test at their respective seat. The candidate will be required to enter a Application Number and password,
which will be provided at the test centre to appear for the computer-based test. The candidate's name and roll number will be
displayed on the computer screen.

14. परीक्षा के दौरान अभ्यर्थियों को किसी भी प्रकार की बाधा उत्पन्न करने से बचना चाहिए। यदि यह पाया जाता है कि कोई अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा के न्द्र पर अशान्ति
फै ला रहा है या परीक्षा के दौरान बाधा उत्पन्न कर रहा है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी निरस्त कर दी जाएगी। इस प्रकार के अभ्यर्थी को बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा
समिति की भविष्य की परीक्षाओं से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा और उसके विरुद्ध विधिक कार्यवाही शुरू की जा सकती है।
Candidates must refrain from creating any obstruction during the conduct of the test. If any candidate is found obstructing the
conduct of the Test or creating disturbances at the test venue, his/her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such a
candidate may also be barred from future Bihar School Examination Board tests, and legal action may be taken against
him/her.

15. अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा कें द्र में के वल ई-प्रवेश पत्र, मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र और बॉल पॉइंट पेन लाना चाहिए। अभ्यर्थी को सख्ती से सलाह दी जाती है कि वे
मोबाइल/सेलुलर फोन, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट्स, ईयर फोन या माइक्रोफोन, कै लकु लेटर, स्मार्टपेन, किताबें, नोट्स, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स या कलाई घड़ी, पेजर या
कोई अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक संचार उपकरण, बैग, वॉलेट, पर्स , पेनड्राइव, ब्लुटू थ डिवाइस या डोंगल आदि परीक्षण परिसर के अंदर नहीं लाएं । इन निर्देशों का
किसी भी तरह से उल्लंघन के परिणाम स्वरूप अनुशासनात्मक कार्र वाई की जाएगी, जिसमें भविष्य के परीक्षणों पर प्रतिबंध भी शामिल है। अभ्यर्थी को
यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे कोई भी मूल्यवान/महंगी वस्तु परीक्षा कें द्र पर न लाएं , क्योंकि उनकी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित नहीं की जा सकती है। इस संबंध में
किसी भी प्रकार की हानि के लिए बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा ।
The candidate should bring only E-Admit Card, original Photo Identification Card and Ball Point Pen to the Test Centre.
Candidate is strictly advised not to bring mobile/cellular phones, electronic gadgets, earphones or microphones, calculator,
smart pen, books, notes, electronics or wrist watches of any kind, pagers or any other electronic communications device, bags,
wallet, purses, pen drives, Bluetooth device or dongles, etc. inside the Test premises. Any infringement of these instructions
shall entail disciplinary action against such candidates including ban from future Tests. Candidate is also advised not to bring
any valuable/costly items to the Test centre, as safekeeping of the same cannot be assured. Bihar School Examination Board
will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.

16. प्रवेश बिंदु पर और परीक्षण के दौरान फ्रिस्किं ग की जाएगी। यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी अग्रलिखित का दोषी है (या पाया गया है ): (i) परीक्षा के दौरान अनुचित
साधनों का उपयोग करना; (ii) किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रतिरूपण करना या प्रति रूपण करना; (iii) परीक्षा कक्ष में दुर्व्यवहार करना; (iv) चयन के लिए अपनी
उम्मीदवारी के संबंध में किसी भी अनियमित या अनुचित साधन का सहारा लेना; या (v) किसी भी अनुचित तरीके से अपनी उम्मीदवारी के लिए समर्थन
प्राप्त करने पर, ऐसा उम्मीदवार, खुद को आपराधिक अभियोजन के लिए उत्तरदायी होने के अलावा, उस परीक्षा से अयोग्य घोषित किया जा सकता है
जिसके लिए वह एक उम्मीदवार है; और/अथवा बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा आयोजित किसी भी परीक्षा से स्थायी रूप से या निर्दिष्ट अवधि के
लिए वंचित किया जा सकता है ।
Frisking will be done at the entry point and during the test. If a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of: (i) using unfair means
during the test; (ii) impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person; (iii) misbehaving in the test hall; (iv) resorting to
any irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection; or (v) obtaining support for his/her
candidature by any unfair means, such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution,
be disqualified from the test for which he/her is a candidate; and/or may be debarred either permanently or for a specified
period from any tests conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board

17. अभ्यर्थियों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे समय-समय पर नयी जानकारियों के लिए बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति की वेबसाइट देखते रहें।
Candidates are also advised to keep checking the website of the Bihar School Examination Board from time to time for the
latest updates.

18. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की मूल प्रति परीक्षोपरांत परीक्षा कें द्र पर ही जमा ले लिया जायेगा। कृ पया इस ई. प्रवेश-पत्र की एक प्रति लिपि सावधानीपूर्वक भविष्य के
रिकॉर्ड के लिए रखें, जिसे बाद के चरण (णों) पर, जैसी आवश्यकता होगी प्रस्तुत करने को कहा जाएगा।
The Original copy of the E-Admit card will be collected after the examination at the examination center itself. Please retain a
copy of this E-Admit Card carefully for future records, as the same is required to be produced in the subsequent stage(s), as
applicable.

19. अगर यह पाया जाता है कि कोई व्यक्ति, किसी भी प्रकार से परीक्षा की विषय-वस्तु को किसी भी रूप में अधूरा या पूर्ण, किसी भी साधन द्वारा जैसे
मौखिक या लिखित, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक या यांत्रिक, द्वारा प्रकट, मुद्रित, संप्रेषित, भंडारित करता है या संप्रेषण और भंडारण में सहायता देता है या परीक्षा के न्द्र
पर दिए गए कागजों को साथ ले जाता है या परीक्षा की विषय-वस्तु को अनाधिकृ त रूप से अपने पास रखता है, तो यह एक गंभीर अपराध माना जाएगा
तथा उसे चयन प्रक्रिया से अयोग्य/वर्जित ठहरा दिया जाएगा। बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति इसके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार अनुशासनात्मक तथा विधिक
कार्यवाही कर सकता है एवं इस मामले को, यदि आवश्यक है, तो पुलिस को सूचित किया जा सकता है।
Any candidate found disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing, or facilitating transmission and storage of test
contents in any form or information therein in whole or part thereof, or by any means, i.e., verbal or written, electronic or
mechanical, or taking away the papers supplied in the test centre, or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content,
will be considered serious misconduct and will be debarred/disqualified from the selection process. The Bihar School
Examination Board will take disciplinary and legal action as per rules, and such cases will be reported to the police, if
necessary.

20. किसी भी रूप में जाँच-पड़ताल सीधे या परोक्ष रूप में, का परिणाम अभ्यर्थिता से अयोग्यता होगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार्य
नहीं होगा अभ्यर्थी का नाम ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया जाएगा और बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति में भविष्य में प्रवेश के लिए उस पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Canvassing in any form, directly or indirectly, will result in disqualification of the candidature and no correspondence will be
entertained in this regard. The candidate's name will be blacklisted and will not be considered for any future test or examination
of the Bihar School Examination Board.

21. परीक्षा के न्‍द्र पर प्रत्‍येक अभ्‍यर्थी का Thumb Impression लिया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थियों को अपने अंगुलियों पर मेंहदी,स्याही,रं ग,नेल पॉलिश आदि लगाना
पूर्णतया प्रतिबंधित है, ताकि बायोमेट्रि क हाजिरी के दौरान किसी प्रकार की परे शानी न हो।
Thumb Impression of every candidate will be captured at the Examination Centre. Candidates applying mehndi, ink, colour, nail
police etc on their fingers are totally prohibited so that no problem occur during biometric attendance.

22. कं प्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट से परिचित होने के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को डेमो टेस्ट (मॉक टेस्ट) पर अभ्यास करने की सलाह दी जाती है। डेमो टेस्ट (मॉक टेस्ट)
https://biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in/ पर उपलब्ध होगा।
To familiarize themselves with the computer-based Test, Candidate is advised to practice on Demo Test (Mock Test). Mock Test
will be available https://biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in/.

23. सी०बी०टी० प्रणाली में प्रश्नोत्तर किए जाने से संबंधित आवश्यक निर्देश :-
Instructions regarding answering the questions under CBT mode:-

23.1. इस प्रश्न पत्र में बहु-विकल्पीय वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न हैं जिनमें 4 विकल्‍पों में से के वल 1 विकल्प सही है। सही विकल्प का चयन करें |
The Question Paper consists of multiple-choice objective type questions with 4 options out of which only 1 is correct. Select
the correct answer.
23.2. स्क्रींन के शीर्ष दाएं कोने में टाइमर (घड़ी) उपलब्ध है; आपसे अनुरोध है कि परीक्षा पूरी करने के लिए शेष समय की जानकारी हेतु इसे देखते रहें।
There is a TIMER (Clock) available on the TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER of the Screen; you are requested to keep an eye on
the TIMER (Clock) to know the time remaining for the completion of the exam.

23.3. प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए उम्मीदवार को यथा लागू 1 अंक मिलेंगे और प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए अंक नहीं काटा जाएगा।
For each correct answer candidate will get 1 mark as applicable and No mark will be deducted for each Wrong answer.

23.4. एक बार में कं प्यूटर स्क्रीन पर के वल एक प्रश्न प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थियों को अगले प्रश्न पर जाने के लिए स्क्रीन के नीचे दिए गए बटन
पर क्लिक करना चाहिए अथवा पिछले प्रश्न पर जाने के लिए पर क्लिक करना चाहिए।
Only one question will be displayed on the computer screen at a time. To attempt next question the candidates should click
on or to go back click on button provided at the bottom of the screen.

23.5. प्रश्नों को दी गई समय सीमा के भीतर किसी भी क्रम में हल किया जा सकता है। अभ्यर्थी को 4 विकल्पों में से सही विकल्प पर माउस से क्लिक करना
होगा। यदि अभ्यर्थी प्रश्न का उत्तर नही देना चाहता है तो वह उस प्रश्न को खाली छोड़ सकता है।
The questions can be answered in any order within the given time frame. The candidate should click with the mouse on the
correct choice, from 4 options given. In case, the candidate does not wish to attempt a question, it can be left blank.
23.6. अभ्यर्थी यदि चाहता है वह नए विकल्प का चयन कर किसी प्रश्न् के विकल्प को बदल सकता है। यदि अभ्यर्थी प्रश्न का उत्तर नही देना चाहता तो वह प्रश्न
के सामने दिए गए को क्लिक कर उत्तर को अचयनित कर सकता है।
The candidate can change the option of a question later by selecting a new option in case he/she wishes to. In case
candidate does not want to answer the question, he/she can deselect the answer by clicking provided against the
question.

23.7. प्रश्नों में आगे और पीछे जाने के लिए, अभ्यर्थियों को या बटन का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए अथवा
कं प्यूटर स्क्रीन के दाएं हाथ की ओर दी गई प्रश्न संख्या पर क्लिक करना चाहिए जहां पर प्रश्न संख्याओं को `attempted` and `not attempted` की
स्थिति के साथ प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।
To move back and forth between questions, candidates should use the OR
button or click on the question number on the right hand side of the computer screen where question numbers would be
displayed along with the `attempted` and `not attempted` status

Important Instructions for Computer Based Test (CBT)

1. अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे इन निर्देशों को ध्यान पूर्वक पढे़ं l

Candidates are advised to read these instructions carefully.

2. सभी अभ्यर्थियों को रं गीन स्वरूप में मुद्रित ई-प्रवेश पत्र को इस पर उल्लिखित तिथि और समय पर आवंटित परीक्षा कें द्र पर लाना होगा। मुद्रित ई-प्रवेश
पत्र के साथ सरकार द्वारा जारी वैध फोटो पहचान पत्र यथा; आधार कार्ड या मतदाता पहचान पत्र या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस या पासपोर्ट या पैन कार्ड या
अभ्यर्थी का फोटो युक्त बैंक पासबुक की मूल प्रति या अभ्यर्थी के फोटो युक्त राशन कार्ड की मूल प्रति (फोटोकॉपी या स्कै न की गई प्रति नहीं) सत्यापन
के लिए अवश्य प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
All candidates must bring the E-Admit Card printed in colored format to the allotted Test Centre on the date and time mentioned
on admit card. The printed E-Admit card must be presented for verification along with original (not photocopy or scanned copy)
valid photo identification card issued by Government viz. Aadhaar Card or Voter Identity Card or Driving License or Passport or
PAN Card or Bank Passbook having photograph of the candidate or Ration Card having photograph of the candidate.

3. प्रवेश पत्र के ऊपरी हिस्से में अभ्यर्थी को अपना फोटो चिपकाने की जगह दी गई है । अभ्यर्थी वही और समान आकार का फोटो चिपकाएँ गे जो उन्होंने
आवेदन पत्र जमा करते समय प्रदान किया था।
In the upper part of the admit card, the candidate has been given a place to paste photograph. The candidate will paste the
same and identical sized photograph that he/she provided while submitting the application form.

4. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को वैध ई-प्रवेश पत्र और मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र के बिना परीक्षा कें द्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
No candidate will be allowed to enter the test centre without valid e-admit card and original photo ID.

5. परीक्षा परिसर में प्रवेश से लेकर बाहर निकलने तक अभ्यर्थी सीसीटीवी की निगरानी में रहेंगे।
Candidate will be under CCTV surveillance from entry to exit of the test premises.

6. परीक्षा भवन में जूता-मोजा एवं फू ल शर्ट पहन कर आना सर्वथा वर्जित है l परन्तु चप्‍पल ‍एवं हाफ शर्ट/टी-शर्ट पहनकर जा सकते है l
It is absolutely prohibited to come to the examination hall wearing shoes, socks and full shirts, but you can go wearing slippers
and half-shirts/ half T-shirts.

7. किसी भी परिस्थिति में प्रवेश पत्र पर अंकित परीक्षा की तिथि , समय और परीक्षा के न्द्र में परिवर्तन के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Under any circumstance, no request for change in the test date, time and test centre printed on the admit card will be
considered.

8. यह ई-प्रवेश पत्र परीक्षा के लिए जमा किए गए अपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा की गई घोषणाओं के आधार पर जारी किया गया है। यदि चयन
प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में यह पाया जाता है कि अभ्यर्थी पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा नहीं करता है, उसके द्वारा की गई घोषणाएं या उसके द्वारा प्रस्तुत
कोई भी दस्तावेज/सूचना झूठी पाई जाती है, या उसने किसी भी समय गलत जानकारी प्रदान की है तो अभ्यर्थी की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। यदि
चयन के बाद ऐसी कोई घटना होती है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी को बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति को कार्र वाई करने के अधिकार, जो वह उचित समझे,
पर प्रतिकू ल प्रभाव डाले बिना समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा।
This E-Admit Card is issued based on the declarations made by the candidate in his/her online application submitted for the
test. In case it is found at any stage of the selection process that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria, the
declarations made by him/her or any document/information submitted by him/her are found to be false, or he/she has provided
any wrong information at any point of time, the candidate’s candidature will be cancelled. If such an event happens after
selection, his/her candidature will be terminated without prejudice to the Bihar School Examination Board's right to take any
action as it may deem fit.

9. अभ्यर्थी को ई-प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित नियत समय पर अपने आवंटित परीक्षा कें द्र पर पहुंचने की आवश्यकता है ताकि प्रवेश की औपचारिकताएं और
अनिवार्य तलाशी आसानी से की जा सके । परीक्षा कें द्र का मुख्य द्वार परीक्षा शुरू होने के 30 मिनट पहले बंद कर दिया जाएगा। देर से आने वालों को
प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं है। इसलिए, अभ्यर्थी को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षा से कम से कम एक दिन पहले अपने परीक्षा कें द्र और उसकी पहुंच का
पता लगा लें ताकि वे परीक्षा के दिन समय पर कें द्र पर पहुंच सकें ।
Candidates are required to reach their allotted test centre at the reporting time as mentioned in the E-Admit Card so that entry
formalities and compulsory frisking can be done smoothly. The main gate of the test centre will be closed 30 minutes before the
commencement of the test. No latecomers are allowed to enter. Candidates are, therefore, advised to locate their test centre
and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can reach the centre on time on the day of the test.

10. परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा भवन छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Test Hall during the Test.

11. उन अभ्यर्थियों को जो सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के पत्रांक F.No.29-6/2019-DD-III Dated:10th August.2022 के
प्रावधानों अंतर्गत श्रुति लेखक प्राप्त करने के पात्र हैं, को कं प्यूटर आधारित परीक्षण के प्रति घंटा के लिए कम से कम 20 मिनट का प्रति पूरक समय दिया
जाएगा l
Those candidates who are eligible for scribe under the provisions of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Government
of India Letter No. F.No.29-6/2019-DD-III dated August 10, 2022, will be allotted compensatory time of not less than 20 minutes
per hour of the computer-based test.

12. अभ्यर्थी को के वल प्रवेश पत्र जारी करने का अर्थ यह नहीं होगा कि उसकी उम्मीदवारी को बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा अंतिम रूप से स्वीकार
कर लिया गया है। यदि किसी अनैच्छिक/अनजाने/अनुचित त्रुटि के कारण किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को ऐसे मामले में प्रवेश पत्र जारी किया गया है, तो उस प्रवेश
पत्र को अमान्य माना जाएगा और ऐसे अभ्यर्थी की उम्मीदवारी को किसी भी स्तर पर पता चलने पर सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
The mere issue of an admit card to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally accepted by the Bihar
School Examination Board. If due to any unintentional/inadvertent/undue error, an admit card has been issued to any candidate
in such a case, the admit card will be considered as invalid and the candidature of such a candidate will be summarily rejected
on detection at any stage of selection process.

13. कं प्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) के लिए लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड अभ्यर्थी को उनकी संबंधित सीट पर परीक्षा शुरू होने से 10 मिनट पहले प्रदान
किया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थी को वही आवेदन संख्या और पासवर्ड दर्ज करना होगा, जो कं प्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए परीक्षा कें द्र पर प्रदान किया
जाएगा। अभ्यर्थी का नाम और आवेदन संख्या कं प्यूटर स्क्रीन पर प्रदर्शित होगा।
The login ID and password for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before the
commencement of the test at their respective seat. The candidate will be required to enter a Application Number and password,
which will be provided at the test centre to appear for the computer-based test. The candidate's name and roll number will be
displayed on the computer screen.

14. परीक्षा के दौरान अभ्यर्थियों को किसी भी प्रकार की बाधा उत्पन्न करने से बचना चाहिए। यदि यह पाया जाता है कि कोई अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा के न्द्र पर अशान्ति
फै ला रहा है या परीक्षा के दौरान बाधा उत्पन्न कर रहा है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी निरस्त कर दी जाएगी। इस प्रकार के अभ्यर्थी को बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा
समिति की भविष्य की परीक्षाओं से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा और उसके विरुद्ध विधिक कार्यवाही शुरू की जा सकती है।
Candidates must refrain from creating any obstruction during the conduct of the test. If any candidate is found obstructing the
conduct of the Test or creating disturbances at the test venue, his/her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such a
candidate may also be barred from future Bihar School Examination Board tests, and legal action may be taken against
him/her.

15. अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा कें द्र में के वल ई-प्रवेश पत्र, मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र और बॉल पॉइंट पेन लाना चाहिए। अभ्यर्थी को सख्ती से सलाह दी जाती है कि वे
मोबाइल/सेलुलर फोन, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट्स, ईयर फोन या माइक्रोफोन, कै लकु लेटर, स्मार्टपेन, किताबें, नोट्स, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स या कलाई घड़ी, पेजर या
कोई अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक संचार उपकरण, बैग, वॉलेट, पर्स , पेनड्राइव, ब्लुटू थ डिवाइस या डोंगल आदि परीक्षण परिसर के अंदर नहीं लाएं । इन निर्देशों का
किसी भी तरह से उल्लंघन के परिणाम स्वरूप अनुशासनात्मक कार्र वाई की जाएगी, जिसमें भविष्य के परीक्षणों पर प्रतिबंध भी शामिल है। अभ्यर्थी को
यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे कोई भी मूल्यवान/महंगी वस्तु परीक्षा कें द्र पर न लाएं , क्योंकि उनकी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित नहीं की जा सकती है। इस संबंध में
किसी भी प्रकार की हानि के लिए बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा ।
The candidate should bring only E-Admit Card, original Photo Identification Card and Ball Point Pen to the Test Centre.
Candidate is strictly advised not to bring mobile/cellular phones, electronic gadgets, earphones or microphones, calculator,
smart pen, books, notes, electronics or wrist watches of any kind, pagers or any other electronic communications device, bags,
wallet, purses, pen drives, Bluetooth device or dongles, etc. inside the Test premises. Any infringement of these instructions
shall entail disciplinary action against such candidates including ban from future Tests. Candidate is also advised not to bring
any valuable/costly items to the Test centre, as safekeeping of the same cannot be assured. Bihar School Examination Board
will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.

16. प्रवेश बिंदु पर और परीक्षण के दौरान फ्रिस्किं ग की जाएगी। यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी अग्रलिखित का दोषी है (या पाया गया है ): (i) परीक्षा के दौरान अनुचित
साधनों का उपयोग करना; (ii) किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रतिरूपण करना या प्रति रूपण करना; (iii) परीक्षा कक्ष में दुर्व्यवहार करना; (iv) चयन के लिए अपनी
उम्मीदवारी के संबंध में किसी भी अनियमित या अनुचित साधन का सहारा लेना; या (v) किसी भी अनुचित तरीके से अपनी उम्मीदवारी के लिए समर्थन
प्राप्त करने पर, ऐसा उम्मीदवार, खुद को आपराधिक अभियोजन के लिए उत्तरदायी होने के अलावा, उस परीक्षा से अयोग्य घोषित किया जा सकता है
जिसके लिए वह एक उम्मीदवार है; और/अथवा बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा आयोजित किसी भी परीक्षा से स्थायी रूप से या निर्दिष्ट अवधि के
लिए वंचित किया जा सकता है ।
Frisking will be done at the entry point and during the test. If a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of: (i) using unfair means
during the test; (ii) impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person; (iii) misbehaving in the test hall; (iv) resorting to
any irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection; or (v) obtaining support for his/her
candidature by any unfair means, such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution,
be disqualified from the test for which he/her is a candidate; and/or may be debarred either permanently or for a specified
period from any tests conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board

17. अभ्यर्थियों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे समय-समय पर नयी जानकारियों के लिए बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति की वेबसाइट देखते रहें।
Candidates are also advised to keep checking the website of the Bihar School Examination Board from time to time for the
latest updates.

18. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की मूल प्रति परीक्षोपरांत परीक्षा कें द्र पर ही जमा ले लिया जायेगा। कृ पया इस ई. प्रवेश-पत्र की एक प्रति लिपि सावधानीपूर्वक भविष्य के
रिकॉर्ड के लिए रखें, जिसे बाद के चरण (णों) पर, जैसी आवश्यकता होगी प्रस्तुत करने को कहा जाएगा।
The Original copy of the E-Admit card will be collected after the examination at the examination center itself. Please retain a
copy of this E-Admit Card carefully for future records, as the same is required to be produced in the subsequent stage(s), as
applicable.

19. अगर यह पाया जाता है कि कोई व्यक्ति, किसी भी प्रकार से परीक्षा की विषय-वस्तु को किसी भी रूप में अधूरा या पूर्ण, किसी भी साधन द्वारा जैसे
मौखिक या लिखित, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक या यांत्रिक, द्वारा प्रकट, मुद्रित, संप्रेषित, भंडारित करता है या संप्रेषण और भंडारण में सहायता देता है या परीक्षा के न्द्र
पर दिए गए कागजों को साथ ले जाता है या परीक्षा की विषय-वस्तु को अनाधिकृ त रूप से अपने पास रखता है, तो यह एक गंभीर अपराध माना जाएगा
तथा उसे चयन प्रक्रिया से अयोग्य/वर्जित ठहरा दिया जाएगा। बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति इसके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार अनुशासनात्मक तथा विधिक
कार्यवाही कर सकता है एवं इस मामले को, यदि आवश्यक है, तो पुलिस को सूचित किया जा सकता है।
Any candidate found disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing, or facilitating transmission and storage of test
contents in any form or information therein in whole or part thereof, or by any means, i.e., verbal or written, electronic or
mechanical, or taking away the papers supplied in the test centre, or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content,
will be considered serious misconduct and will be debarred/disqualified from the selection process. The Bihar School
Examination Board will take disciplinary and legal action as per rules, and such cases will be reported to the police, if
necessary.

20. किसी भी रूप में जाँच-पड़ताल सीधे या परोक्ष रूप में, का परिणाम अभ्यर्थिता से अयोग्यता होगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार स्वीकार्य
नहीं होगा अभ्यर्थी का नाम ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया जाएगा और बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति में भविष्य में प्रवेश के लिए उस पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Canvassing in any form, directly or indirectly, will result in disqualification of the candidature and no correspondence will be
entertained in this regard. The candidate's name will be blacklisted and will not be considered for any future test or examination
of the Bihar School Examination Board.

21. परीक्षा के न्‍द्र पर प्रत्‍येक अभ्‍यर्थी का Thumb Impression लिया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थियों को अपने अंगुलियों पर मेंहदी,स्याही,रं ग,नेल पॉलिश आदि लगाना
पूर्णतया प्रतिबंधित है, ताकि बायोमेट्रि क हाजिरी के दौरान किसी प्रकार की परे शानी न हो।
Thumb Impression of every candidate will be captured at the Examination Centre. Candidates applying mehndi, ink, colour, nail
police etc on their fingers are totally prohibited so that no problem occur during biometric attendance.

22. कं प्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट से परिचित होने के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को डेमो टेस्ट (मॉक टेस्ट) पर अभ्यास करने की सलाह दी जाती है। डेमो टेस्ट (मॉक टेस्ट)

To familiarize themselves with the computer-based Test, Candidate is advised to practice on Demo Test (Mock Test). Mock Test

23. सी०बी०टी० प्रणाली में प्रश्नोत्तर किए जाने से संबंधित आवश्यक निर्देश :-
Instructions regarding answering the questions under CBT mode:-

23.1. इस प्रश्न पत्र में बहु-विकल्पीय वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न हैं जिनमें 4 विकल्‍पों में से के वल 1 विकल्प सही है। सही विकल्प का चयन करें |
The Question Paper consists of multiple-choice objective type questions with 4 options out of which only 1 is correct. Select
the correct answer.
23.2. स्क्रींन के शीर्ष दाएं कोने में टाइमर (घड़ी) उपलब्ध है; आपसे अनुरोध है कि परीक्षा पूरी करने के लिए शेष समय की जानकारी हेतु इसे देखते रहें।
There is a TIMER (Clock) available on the TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER of the Screen; you are requested to keep an eye on
the TIMER (Clock) to know the time remaining for the completion of the exam.

23.3. प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए उम्मीदवार को यथा लागू 1 अंक मिलेंगे और प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए अंक नहीं काटा जाएगा।
For each correct answer candidate will get 1 mark as applicable and No mark will be deducted for each Wrong answer.

23.4. एक बार में कं प्यूटर स्क्रीन पर के वल एक प्रश्न प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थियों को अगले प्रश्न पर जाने के लिए स्क्रीन के नीचे दिए गए बटन
पर क्लिक करना चाहिए अथवा पिछले प्रश्न पर जाने के लिए पर क्लिक करना चाहिए।
Only one question will be displayed on the computer screen at a time. To attempt next question the candidates should click
on or to go back click on button provided at the bottom of the screen.

23.5. प्रश्नों को दी गई समय सीमा के भीतर किसी भी क्रम में हल किया जा सकता है। अभ्यर्थी को 4 विकल्पों में से सही विकल्प पर माउस से क्लिक करना
होगा। यदि अभ्यर्थी प्रश्न का उत्तर नही देना चाहता है तो वह उस प्रश्न को खाली छोड़ सकता है।
The questions can be answered in any order within the given time frame. The candidate should click with the mouse on the
correct choice, from 4 options given. In case, the candidate does not wish to attempt a question, it can be left blank.
23.6. अभ्यर्थी यदि चाहता है वह नए विकल्प का चयन कर किसी प्रश्न् के विकल्प को बदल सकता है। यदि अभ्यर्थी प्रश्न का उत्तर नही देना चाहता तो वह प्रश्न
के सामने दिए गए को क्लिक कर उत्तर को अचयनित कर सकता है।
The candidate can change the option of a question later by selecting a new option in case he/she wishes to. In case
candidate does not want to answer the question, he/she can deselect the answer by clicking provided against the
question.

23.7. प्रश्नों में आगे और पीछे जाने के लिए, अभ्यर्थियों को या बटन का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए अथवा
कं प्यूटर स्क्रीन के दाएं हाथ की ओर दी गई प्रश्न संख्या पर क्लिक करना चाहिए जहां पर प्रश्न संख्याओं को `attempted` and `not attempted` की
स्थिति के साथ प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।
To move back and forth between questions, candidates should use the OR
button or click on the question number on the right hand side of the computer screen where question numbers would be
displayed along with the `attempted` and `not attempted` status

23.8. जब भी अभ्यर्थी या बटन पर क्लिक करके अगले प्रश्न पर जाता है तो उत्तरों को सहेज लिया
जाएगा।
The answers will be saved and marked green in right side question palette whenever the candidate goes for next question,
by clicking on OR button.

23.9. अभ्यर्थियों के पास, स्क्रीन के निचले हिस्से में उपलब्ध बटन पर क्लिक करके किसी प्रश्न को बुकमार्क करने का विकल्प है, अगर वे बाद में
उसकी समीक्षा करने की इच्छा रखते हैं । एक विशेष प्रश्न पर मौजूद बुकमार्क को पर क्लिक करके हटाया जा सकता है।
Candidates have the option to bookmark a question in case they want to review it at a later stage by clicking on the
button available at the bottom of the screen. The Bookmark on a particular question can be removed by clicking on

23.10. स्क्रीन के दायीं ओर प्रश्न पैलेट में प्रत्येक संख्यांकित प्रश्न की निम्नलिखित स्थिति दिखाई देती है ।
The question palette at the right of the screen shows the following status of each of the questions numbered

आपने प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं दिया है और समीक्षा के लिए चिन्हित किया है।(You have not answered the
question and marked for review)

आपने प्रश्न का उत्तर दिया है लेकिन समीक्षा के लिए चिन्हित किया है।(You have answered the
question but marked for review)

आपने प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं दिया है।–(You have not answered the question)

नोट: जिन प्रश्नों का उत्तर दिया गया है और समीक्षा के लिए चिन्हित किया गया है उन प्रश्नों को के वल तभी तक उत्तर दिया गया प्रश्न माना जाएगा जब
तक अभ्यर्थी चयनित विकल्प को नहीं करता है।

Note: Questions which are attempted and marked for review would be treated as attempted questions only as long as the
candidate does not the option selected.

23.11. परीक्षा की अवधि पूरी होने पर, भले ही अभ्यर्थी किसी उत्तर पर क्लिक नहीं करता है या बटन पर क्लिक नहीं करता है,
शून्य परिणाम कं प्यूटर द्वारा स्वचालित रूप से सहेजा जाएगा।
On the completion of the test duration, even if the candidate does not click on the button, his test will
be automatically submitted by the computer.
