A LETTER OF COMPLAINT

Q.You are Ashok Gupta / Anuradha Goel staying at S -42 Shivlok Colony,
Rishikesh. Last month you got an inverter installed at your house through
“T.E.World” of Haridwar Road, Rishikesh. Now you find that the inverter is not
working and the local electrician who examined it at your request has told you
that it is having some technical defect. Write a letter to the dealer asking him
to replace it immediately under the terms and conditions of the deal.

Subject: Complaint about the inverter installed at our house.

This is to state that one month before I got an inverter of Luminous company
installed at our house through you, vide cash memo no. 1504 dated 15thxx,
20xx.
Now I find that the inverter is not working properly. The power stored in it
does not last more than one hour. I got it checked by a local electrician. On its
examination, he told that the inverter was having some technical defect.
There is always uncertainty of power supply and it is difficult to manage
without inverter in such a hot weather.

Since the inverter is under the replacement guarantee as with the terms and
conditions of the deal, you are requested to replace it at the earliest.We
understand that the transportation cost will be borne by you.

I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem. An early action will
be greatly appreciated. Enclosed are the copy of transection documents and
receipt.
