Personal Loan facility and pursuant to the request of the said employee made to us signifying
his/her irrevocable consent to our organization to give the following undertaking to facilitate the
approval of the said loan facility, we undertake:

Transfer his/her monthly salary for the credit of account no…xxxxxxxxxxxxx…with you as
long as he/she works with us or until such time a “No Liability” letter is issued by you.

Hold his/her monthly terminal benefits to your order during the currency of his/her loan and in
the event of non-payment; to pay such terminal benefits to you through credit of his/her
account. We also agree that we will not extend any loan to him/her without your concurrence.

To inform you in advance when he/she is leaving our employment.
