Pending the hearing and determination of this application, it is ORDERED that

Defendants Lubaska Intl, a New Jersey Corporation a/k/a Lubaska International LLC;

Pamela Brown, and “John Doe” are enjoined from entering upon, conveying, mortgaging,

encumbering or transferring the Real Property located at 63-26 77th Place, Middle Village,

New York 11379, and it is further

ORDERED that Plaintiff may record a copy of this Order to Show Cause with Temporary

Restraining Order with the Office of the City Register of the City of New York.

Sufficient cause appearing therefor, LET service of a copy of this order, and the other

papers upon which it is based, upon Defendants Lubaska Intl, a New Jersey Corporation a/k/a

Lubaska International LLC and Pamela Brown, via personal service and service of a copy of this
