by IMS, MIHS, and Northwood Students, who will fill your hearts with all aspects of
theatre, including singing, dance, improvising, technical theatre, acting, and
celebration. This show is free to the public. Please join us for the Spotlight on
Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 6 PM in the MIHS Performing Arts Center (PAC).

your clothes before or after school in C-lot on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Juniors, donate your clothes to your islander hour class at any time (there will be bags
in the classroom). The donated clothes will be sold on May 31st, the proceeds of which
will go to the Scooty fund.

and sign up! Because of testing, we will be limiting the number of students in the
library. Also, the library printer will be in the main hallway near the athletics office for
the entire month of May.

eniors, it's that time of year again – Prom tickets will soon go on sale. Please

make sure all your fines & fees are paid. You can check your fines/fees through the
online payment portal.
Testing
There will be SBA/WCAS State tests beginning this week, May 20, and running until May 31, 2024.
● A ll 10th graders and some juniors and seniorswilltake the mandatory Smarter Balanced
Assessments (SBA).
● All Juniorswill take the mandatory Washington ComprehensiveAssessment of Science
(WCAS).
● No 9th grade studentswill test. There will be alate start for freshmen May 20-23, and May
30. It is a regular start time for freshmen on May 29 and May 31.
● Buses will be running on a normal schedule, so students who are not testing in the morning
can report to the Commons.
