1. 에어프랑스 인천공항 여객 서비스(지상직) 채용에 지원하게 된 동기를 기술해 주십시오.

저는 익숙한 곳을 떠나 새로운 곳을 여행할 때의 설렘을 좋아했습니다. 공항에 들어서는 순간부터 현실과 멀어짐을
느끼면서 여행하는 동안은 모든 걱정과 근심을 벗어던질 수 있었습니다. 여행의 출발점이 되는 공항에서, 환한
미소로 반갑게 맞아주시며, 즐거운 여행 되라는 항공사 직원분들의 인사말은 곧 시작될 여행을 더욱 설레이게
해주었던 기억이 있습니다. 저 또한 누군가의 설렘의 처음이자 마음의 짐을 덜어주는 사람이 되고 싶었고, 더욱
많고 다양한 사람들과 마주하고 싶어 에어프랑스에 지원하게 되었습니다.

저는 끊임없이 발전하고, 어떠한 성과를 이룩하며 다음 목표를 향해 나아가는 것에 삶의 의의를 갖고 있습니다.

2. 본인의 경력 사항을 기술해 주십시오.

스위스포트 에어캐나다에서 8월 1일부터 일을 하였습니다. 9월부터 승객분들을 실습생이 아닌

직원으로써 혼자 응대를 시작하였습니다. Check-in부터 크루마스, 휠체어마스, in&out 게이트 승객분들을
응대하는 일을 하였습니다.

3. 인천공항 여객 서비스(지상직) 업무를 수행 하는 데 있어서 본인이 가장 중요하게 생각하는 역량은

무엇인지 그리고 그 이유에 대해 기술해 주십시오.

체력과 정신력이라고 생각합니다. 스위스포트 에어캐나다에서 일을 하면서 휠체어를 다루는 일이 많았습니다.

많으면 하루에 20대가 넘는 휠체어들을 오전에 게이트에 가져다두고, 오후에는 인바운드 손님들을 휠체어로
모셔야했습니다. 이외에도 지상직원으로서 해야 할 업무들이 있었기 때문에 체력소진이 빨리 되었고, 더불어
힘들지만 항상 미소로 승객분들을 친절하고 정확하게 응대해야 하니 더더욱 많은 체력과 맑은 정신력이
중요하다고 생각했습니다.

4. 본인성격의 장단점에 대하여 기술해 주십시오.

봉사 동아리 활동과 카페에서 수년간 일을 하면서 사람들의 니즈를 빠르게 알아차리는 눈치와 센스가 생겼습니다.
특히 아르바이트를 하면서 빠른 눈치와 센스로 고객님들과 소통하면서 친분을 만들었고, 이후 친해진 고객님들은
저희 매장의 단골고객님이 되었습니다. 이러다 보니 일반 고객님들도 물론이거니와 저와 친해진 고객님들은 내
손님이다라는 인식이 생겨 더욱 더 책임감을 가지고 업무를 하게 되었습니다. 단순한 친절한 서비스도 좋지만
어떠한 상황에서 빠른 상황판단을 하여 눈치있게 대처하고 행동하는 것도 중요하다 생각합니다. 그랬기때문에 약
6년동안 서비스업에서 종사할 수 있었다고 생각했고, 그래서 이것이 제 장점이라고 생각했습니다.

저는 제가 맡은 일에 대해서 최선의 결과물과 완벽에 가까움을 추구합니다. 그래서 프로젝트나 새로운 업무를 맡을
때면 다양한 경우의 수를 염두해 두고 대처방안을 생각해놓아 골머리를 앓습니다. 그래서 이로인한 중압감이나
스트레스를 예방하기 위해 반려견과 산책을 하거나 수영하기 등 리프레쉬 할 시간을 갖습니다.

1. What is your motivation to apply for Ground Services Officer position in Air France?

I loved the excitement of leaving a familiar place and traveling to a new place. From the moment I entered the
airport, I felt a sense of distance from reality, and I was able to throw away all my worries and anxieties during
the trip. At the airport, I remember that the greetings from the airline staff who greeted me with a bright smile
make the trip that is about to start even more exciting. From such experience, I also wanted to be a person who
can give a good impression at the beginning of someone's journey and lighten one’s mind.
To meet such hope by meeting more and more diverse people, I applied to Air France.

I have the meaning of life in constantly developing, achieving certain achievements, and moving towards the
next goal. I want to become an employee who can grow together with your company through bigger and more
diverse experiences and self-development by joining Air France.

2. Please describe your career history.

I have been working at Swissport Air Canada since August 1st. From September, I started to serve passengers
alone as an agent, not as a trainee. From check-in service to crew mass, wheelchair mass, and handling in&out
gate passengers.

3. Please describe the important competencies for Ground Services Officer in your opinion and the reason.

I think strong physical and healty mind are the key competencies. Working at Swissport Air Canada, I handled
wheelchairs a lot. Sometimes, more than 20 wheelchairs a day had to be brought to the gate in the morning,
and inbound passengers had to be taken by wheelchairs in the afternoon. In addition, I was exhausted quickly
because there were things that I had to do as a ground staff. Although I was tired, I always had to treat
passengers kindly and accurately with a smile. So I thought that physical strength and clear mentality are
important.

4. Please describe your strength and improvement area.

As I worked for several years in volunteer clubs and cafes, I developed a sense and ability of quickly recognizing
people's needs. Particularly, while working part-time job, I made relationship by communicating with customers
with quick wits and senses. Since then, customers who I had close friendship became regular customers of our
store. As a result, I realized that not only ordinary customers but also customers who became close to me were
my customers, and I started working with more responsibility. Simple friendly service is good, but I think it's
important to make quick judgments about the situation and act wisely in any situation. That's why I thought I
could work in the service industry for about 6 years, so I thought this was my strength.

I think I’m so sensitive. So I persue the best results and near perfection in my work. When I take on a project or a
new job, I worry about things that haven't happened yet. And think of various plans to prepare for the situation.
In order to fix such situations, I take time to refresh, such as taking a walk with my doggy or swimming to
prevent the pressure or stress.
