Request you to download the software repository from the location \\d01044\SAP Downloads\DAA
software upload

Copy the repository to the local drive of respective server

In below example, we have copied software from share drive to the server local drive.

SAP Installer – Run SWPM

Extract the SWPM and run the installer.
Click proceed and continue
Key in the <sid>adm and password.
Install Diagnostics in SAP Solution Manager
In the SWPM menu, scroll down to check the Diagnostic agent
Select the “install – Diagnostic Agent”
Select the SAP JVM 8 and click “next” to continue
The sap installer will check the specified folder and will identify the available packages.
Click next to continue
Click next to continue
Server hostname: sapmp1appj.orpic.om

JAVA SCS port: 8101

Click “next” to continue.
SAP MMC view
Open and refresh the SAP MMC to view the installed diagnostic agent.
With the above execution steps, we have completed the Diagnostic Agent installation for SAP Solution
manager.

RTCCTOOL – execution
Checking the RTCCTOOL status in GP1 system.
Download the SAP note in Development server and check the implementation status.
We don’t have ST-A/PI

SAP release further decisions based on installed

Login to client 000 with copy of ddic user ID and execute SAINT t-code.

Upload the SAR archives from Front-End

Once the Add-one completed we need to update the patch levels
Now import the queue
Confirm the queue.
Now Execute the RTCCTOOL and check
Thus, we have completed the process of Diagnostic agent installation and the status check of RTCCTOOL.
