PAYMENT (INSTALLMENT) AGREEMENT

This LOAN AGREEMENT was made and entered by and between: Elinor De Leon,
Filipino, of legal age with business address at Clark Freeport Angeles, Pampanga, hereinafter
referred to as the “BORROWER” and PURELINE TREND CREDIT CORPORATION, with
office address at Baliuag, Bulacan hereinafter referred to as “LENDER”.

HEREINAFTER, the Borrower and Lender(“Parties”) agree to the following:

At the time of this Agreement, the Borrower owes the Lender the amount of (P685,000.00) an
Outstanding Balance.

In consideration of the Borrower's faith to repay the Outstanding Balance in this Agreement, the
Lender agrees that the Borrower shall only be obligated to pay the Outstanding Balance with no
additional penalties or any accumulated interest.

REPAYMENT PLAN. To satisfy the Amount Owed, the Borrowers agree to repay the Lender
under the following terms:

The Borrower shall repay the Lender every month, beginning this June 2024 in the amount of
P28,541.66 to be paid at the end of the month.

The Borrower makes payment within 24 months. If payment is not made within the
extension period, this Agreement shall be in default.

The Borrower needs to issue a monthly check payment to the Lender.

DEFAULT. If for any reason the Borrower should not oblige to any section or portion of this
Agreement, the Borrower shall be considered in default. Under such an event, the remaining
balance of the Amount Owed shall be due within five (5) business days with the Borrower liable
to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs of collection of the Lender. In addition, the Lender
may reclaim any property or goods in connection with the Amount Owed, hold and dispose of
the same, and collect expenses, together with any deficiency due from the Borrower, subject to
the Borrower's right to redeem said items according to law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the Borrower
and Lender relating to its subject matter, including any attachments or addendums. This
Agreement replaces all previous discussions, understandings, and oral agreements.
