Dear Mr. Sanchez:

Relative to the above subject together with the attached Balance of Works Monitoring Sheet as of May 29,
2023, please be informed that the project is projected to have a -10.90% or 13.08 days given your actual
accomplishment of 72.42% vs planned accomplishment of 74.11% based on the assessment of the
Construction Management Group (CMG). We remind you that day one of your contract was last February
06, 2023 based on your issued NTC to be completed on June 06, 2023. In this regard, we require you to
submit your catch-up schedule by June 01, 2023 in order to mitigate delays and prevent possible liquidated
damages by June 07, 2023.
