Event Cancellation:

In the event of a severe emergency that requires the cancellation of the event, participants will be
notified through the event's communication channels.

Communication Plan:

Event organizers will use text messages to communicate important emergency instructions to each
other if they are not in reach

Food and beverage


Food and beverage will be provided and be bought at Domino’s pizza as shown below

Food will be pizzas and will have vegetarian option to those who are religiously obliged to be vegetarian.
Drinks are as below:

Event itinerary

16th April:

- 8pm Executive members starts gathering


- 8.30pm Executive members start AGM
- 9.30pm AGM finished and members start wrapping up
- 9.30pm members feast the food provided by the club
- 10pm members clean up all rubbish
