4.0 Issues
4.1 Subcontractors assign
Any new worker or new subcontractors shall meet safety PM, SS, SSS, Per event
personnel on site to do safety induction and to be briefed subcontractors.

4.2 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
4.2.1 Ensure that all personnel to put on mandatory PPE as All

4.3.2 Wire shall be hung high enough for vehicle or workers to All

4.8.2 Scaffold inventory
Subcontractors shall inform scaffolder inspector before Subcontractors
installation of scaffolding on site.
4.8.3 All scaffold shall have Perakuan Pematuhan Standard PM
(PPS) CIDB.
4.8.4 All subcontractors’ workers should attend training for Subcontractors
scaffolding usage on site.
4.9 Accident and incident reporting
