I. Read the following passage and answer the

People often ask which language is the most difficult to learn,
and it is not an easy question to answer. People learn their mother
tongue naturally, so the answer to the question is only relevant for
second languages. A native Spanish speaker will find Portuguese easier
to learn than a native Chinese speaker because Portuguese is similar to
Spanish, while Chinese is different. Thus, the first language can affect
the learning of a second language. Other people believe that Chinese is
the hardest language to learn because of the complex Chinese writing
system and pronunciation. However, for Japanese speakers, who
already use Chinese characters, it will be easier compared to speakers
of European languages using the Roman alphabet. British diplomats,
on the other hand, have found that the most controversial language is
Hungarian, as it has 35 noun forms, whether subjects, objects,
genitives, etc. This does not mean that Hungarian is the hardest
language to learn for everyone. No language is easy to learn, though
languages related to our first language are easier. In the end, it is
impossible to determine the most difficult language in the world.
