Disclaimer: The following hypnosis script is intended for switching with one’s tulpa(s).

People can, you know understand what it means to have an inner experience. I’m just talking

about what other people can do, I’m not talking about you! You know, that you know clause seems to

imply in an ambiguous fashion that you knew this already, but people can, you know, find ways to make

these shifts in awareness with inner experiences easily, and comfortably.

Switching is just a shift in awareness with your tulpa who you treat as sentient, and maybe you

haven’t, maybe you have, who knows, I’m just making an observation, but when that YET comes along,

there’s a strong presumption that sooner or later, you’re going to switch with them! And while that

thought’s in your mind, you can imagine who you want to switch with in particular. You might want to

reflect on previous experiences that you can remember, and you could, of course, because you have

free will. And one might, you know, relax and let all of those experiences of you being a sentient being

take place on a deeper level. A deeper, more inward level because you know that going through the

motions in life, and having another conscious experiencer take control will allow them to put things in

this reality into context, and thus increase this implication of sentience. This implication seems to come

out, and you may or may not notice the comfortable transition in fixating in your imagination, and

letting your tulpa take hold of this reality.

A person could, you know, develop a sense of perspective on this situation. A tulpa could, you

know, develop a sense of perspective on this situation as well. And you might, and whatever you might

do might even be more likely after having it suggested like this. You might want to make this shift in
awareness more than anything, and you might discover that you’re already on your way into

transitioning with your tulpa. Because shifting awareness is something one can do, because it’s a

common habit to get into a trance like state that allows you to dive deeper into your imagination, and

having your tulpa become the conscious experiencer of this reality, and being capable of doing things

you normally would do day-to-day. And you may find this experience very valuable, and you may get

confused as to what used to bother you about switching because a tulpa may get permission to do what

I’m suggesting, because you’re practically giving this to them. And who stated that my because has to

make any logical sense? Anyway, that because clause is a chance for another suggestion. A person may

find themselves shifting their awareness completely to where they can embrace whatever goes on in

their imagination while one’s tulpa can take control of the body and mind.

Because they’re another conscious experiencer to put things into context of this reality, a

person could, you know, realize that the mind they share is something they can tap into. How would it

feel if you felt comfortable with this transition that you can easily shift back and forth with them? How

would it feel if you had already made this shift in awareness? Sooner or later, you’re going to look back

on this and laugh about it. Sometime, somewhere, there will be a person in a situation very much like

yours who will take a deep breath and just let that awareness of this reality let go. Sometime, you’re

going to understand this from a viewpoint where it all makes sense. Eventually, indirect language

patterns will become second nature to you. Imagine that. Shifting your awareness inwardly while your

tulpa that you’re aware of takes control of your body and mind. I could tell you that this experience will

give you more confidence and self-assurance, but I would rather have your tulpa discover that for

themselves. Because, you know, you know what it means to value conscious experience to the point

where you can trust your tulpa to value conscious experience as well.

Try to resist, a deepening sensation of relaxation as you’re breathing, and try to resist this

deepening sensation of having a shift in awareness. You might not have noticed how often you direct
other people’s awareness while you’re talking to them. And you might not have noticed how often you

directed your own awareness inwardly while your tulpa is getting feelings of comfort here where you

reside AND want to get into a trance right away.

Because that’s all there is to this, a shift in awareness, and getting into a trance right away

allows you to do that easily. Can you really enjoy going deeper and deeper into feelings of comfort?

Some people have hidden strengths that they discover that can help them in situations very much like

yours where you’re putting this session into context to help you shift you awareness inwardly while your

tulpa that you trust completely takes control of this body you share. You don’t have to understand how

this trust works, in order to use it. You don’t have to help yourself with shifting awareness. Really. That’s

because this shift is something that’s processed in your mind, and one doesn’t have to, you know,

realize that a tulpa can have this same potential of being part of that mind that helps initiate these

events with switching. And you may be wondering why switching bothered you at all, because all the

activity is doing is just switching with another conscious experiencer who can also shift back and forth as

well with ease.

For added fun, a person can change the subject of a sentence mid-way through to you, it’s

mildly confusing during that shift, and it underlines that you aren’t really talking about a person in the

abstract anyway. Because when the mind has another conscious experiencer for this reality, the other

conscious experiencer is going to deal in the abstract anyway. And when you start off saying a string of

facts, the other person internally is thinking yes, yes, yes…yes, and they get into the habit of agreeing

with you, then you hit them with your suggestion.

You’ve made yourself comfortable where you are now, reading this, I’m going to continue

shifting on for a while, and you can listen to the words your tulpa is saying as they’re talking to you in

helping you DRIFT OFF INTO A DEEP STATE OF RELAXATION. And if you imagine yourself in a favorite
place, then you will feel feelings in your body that your tulpa will start feeling as well. And if you relax as

you’re reading this, then you’ll be ready to begin switching with them. First, it may start slowly with a

minor twitch, and then, you know, increase into something more complex. But a person can, you know,

not really have to worry about the logic behind that complexity. Simply because you already have all the

resources in your mind to execute this shift in awareness with your tulpa.

It’s easy to recall some memory over what you did recently, is it not? It’s easy to shift yourself

elsewhere in your mind while your tulpa takes control over your body. And if I say that something is

easy, you both would probably try doing it to see if I’m right. You may not know if you’re going to enjoy

this SO much that your tulpa will have to write to you and tell you about it at some point. It’s easy for

them to discover what it means to be sentient because they’re sharing those hidden strengths to

accomplish this with you. You don’t have to understand how this works, in order to use it. Really. You

could sleep on it later on, and have it bleed into your mind because you sometime, you’re going to feel

better about this shift in awareness because you know you can shift back into this reality at your beck

and call. I could tell you that this is a great away to avoid resistance, but you probably understand that

already. That in order for you to switch, you simply just have to let go because sooner or later, you’ll

resolve this shift in awareness easily, and enjoy the simple things in life again.

So, I could tell you that you can start this shift in awareness and communication with them

whenever, but I won’t, so you have no reason to resist or take offense at whatever I just didn’t tell you.

Jeepers, just about everything happens sooner or later, and sometimes, you might indirectly have

yourself imagine a time where they have all the resources you want them to feel in order to make this

shift. Switching is merely you shifting your awareness to enjoy the abstract that is your imagination, ad a

person could, you know, appreciate those experiences that they’re conscious of while your tulpa

becomes a conscious experiencer of this reality, and can enjoy the simple things in life as well.
So as soon as you’re ready to finish this script, and go about switching with your tulpa, get ready

to take some deep breaths.

3…..sooner or later, you’ll resolve this present difficulty of resisting the deep sensation by just

letting go.

2…..eventually what I want to direct your attention to will probably come to pass as well, just as

you’re able to shift your awareness inwardly while your tulpa takes control of the body because you

trust them.

1….Almost there, and one may, you know, be excused from the experiences they have of this

reality, and focus more on what goes on indirectly, and inside their minds.
You are now ready to make the switch….you might discover how easy it is to do this with your

tulpa…
