Executive Sales - Construction Projects

Job Role
Prospect and identify construction projects within the designated
territory.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including
contractors, architects, and construction firms.
Present company products and solutions tailored to meet the specific
needs of each project.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutual benefit for both the
company and the client.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and
customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
developments.

Skills & Experience We Expect.

·Proven track record in construction industry.
·Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
·Knowledge of construction processes and materials is a plus.
·Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
