REPORT SUMMARY
I. OBJECTIVES  Reading the SILG to the Barangay
 To inform the Updates of the different
municipal Head Offices of Daguioman
LGU
 To inform the constituents of the
financial status, accomplishment, on-
going projects and planes Program and
Activities of the Barangay and the SK.
 To render/present committee and
reports
 Discuss other matters
 Open forum
II. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PRELIMINARIES ACTIVITY
 The activity commenced at 9:30 am
started with a prayer lead by Pastoral
Pedro Caymo, followed by the singing
of the National Anthem leaded by Ms.
Faithful Bag-ayan
 The master of Ceremony, Mr. Emilio
Baluden Jr. acknowledged the local
officials present, the Punong Barangay
and the Barangay Kagawads and Sk
Officials.
 The Punong Barangay delivered his
opening remarks stressing the
importance of having this Barangay
Assembly, he also thanked everyone
present for spending their time in
listening to various issues heard and
tackled in the Barangay Assembly.
 After which, the Barangay Bookkeeper
read the SILG message to the Barangay
 After which the Municipal LGU Head
offices and PNP share their Updates.
 Punong Barangay Gilmore P. Balani
reported the Barangay Accomplishment
 Projects.
 Hon. Julius P. Wilson reported the
Annual Procurement Plan @ Income @
Expenditures.
 And some of the Barangay Kagawads
also reported their committees in the
Barangay and the Chairman of
Committee on Health reported the
quarterly supplemental feeding
program of 85 students ( 6 months old
to Grade 6 students) and SK Chairman
also reported the giving of school
supplies from their 10 % SK Funds to 54
students.
 The Barangay Treasurer, Ms. Delailah
W. Dugayen, presented the Barangay
Annual Budget for the year 2022 and all
the accomplishment report also she
reported the incoming Barangay
Annual Budget for the year 2023.
III. ISSUES AND CONCERN RESPONSE
Schedule of Taxes of Lots Mr. Nickson Gascid Municipal Staff of LGU
Accessor responded that every Monday to
Friday the office is always open for the client.
So, after all the parts of the program tackled, finally Hon. Hector P. Molato delivered his
closing remarks.

And the Barangay Assembly has been adjourned upon the motion of Hon. Benjie B. Bangayen
and seconded by Hon. Nita C. Poluto.
