• About Project:-
Attendance management systems are used to track and manage the attendance of Faculty or teachers during their working hours and it is
used to monitor them in various organisations such as govt. aided schools, colleges, university and etc. These systems employ a variety
of tools and technologies to efficiently record, monitor, and analyze attendance data.
• Purpose: -
The main purpose of this software is that to check whether the faculty or the teachers in the govt. institute are really attending the
schools, colleges, or say university in their working hours. By this the students of the university and colleges can check whether they
have 75% attendance in their respective subjects or not and by this system it creates the transparency between the faculty, Hod (Head of
department), and students.
• Scope: -
The main scope of the attendance management system (AMS) is to reduce the fraud in the govt. aided institution like school, college/
university in which the faculty members don’t want to take the classes of the students and in that time when they are present in the
institution.

• This project contains three dashboards for the user :-

1) Hod (Head of Department) / Head of the institute or say supervisor of a block

2) Faculty member
3) Student

➔ The responsibility of these members are divided accordingly below:-

 USER DASHBOARD-----→

THE following is the action can be taken in this interface to the user and are:-

1) User can login into the page and the user are categorised into three category i.e. HOD,
Student, and Faculty.
2) If the user is new to the user page then can signup by using the “NEW USER” button
and after filling the details and signup through this page .
3) If possible the user forget password can find password by clicking the “forget
password “ button and can achieve their password again to their email id.

The following activites can be performed by student in this Dashboard:->
1) The student can view their attendance in the particular subject by entering the
necessary details into it.
2) The student can apply leave to their respective HOD by clicking on “APPLY
LEAVE” button

and retreive the student their attendance record in
the particular subject.

 by this all attendance record showed to them and can track their response in the
particular subject and also check their 75% in that subject.

 HOD DASHBOARD…..->
The following activites can be performed by student in this Dashboard:->
1) The HOD can add classes and the necessary details into it.
2) The HOD is responsible to arrange the classes as per their subjects to the students.
3) The HOD add the students to the classroom by filling the necessary details into it.
4) The HOD can view the attendance of the faculty and the timings of outgoing from the
classroom and also the live location of the faculty.
5) Hod can also view the attendance of the students by clicking on STUDENT
ATTENDANCE button.
6) Hod can review and accept or reject the applied leave by both faculty and the students
of the deptt.
7) The last job hod can add time table of a particular class by clicking on on.

 This is the dashboard of the Hod and all main function are done here,
It contains as the buttons:->
Add Classroom--> to add new classes
Add Faculty--> to add faculty members to the classes.
Add student--> to add the students in to the classes
Faculty Attendance--> to check the presence of the faculty members.
Apply Leave--> to review the applied leave of the both faculty and students.
time table--> to add new time table.

 FACULTY DASHBOARD
The following activites can be performed by student in this Dashboard:->
1) Faculty can review their classes and after that they can accept or reject by using the button
and give their suggestion to the arranged classroom by the HOD.
2) Faculty can mark the attendance by using mark attendance button and after marking the
attendance the data get saved into sql.
3) Faculty can review and view the attendance of the students by clicking on view attendance
of the classes.
4)Faculty can apply the leave to their respective HOD.

 This is the interface of the faculty member and it has four task to done :-
1) view classes--> to view their classes
2) mark Attendance--> to mark the attendance of the students.
3) View attendance-->to view the attendance of the students.
