This Investment Financing Agreement Purchase by Payment with Installments hereinafter referred to as

("Financing Agreement”) made and signed day __ Date __ November 2024 by and between:

1. PT ____, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, based on Deed
of Establishment _____ and its amendments which located in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta in this matter
represented by ……………., in its capacity as ………. of ____, and therefore authorized to act for and on
behalf of PT ____ (hereinafter referred to as the “CREDITOR”);
2. PT___, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, based on Deed of
Establishment No. __ dated ___ and its amendments which is located in ___, having its office at ___, in this
matter represented by ___ in its capacity as Director and therefore authorized to act for and on behalf of PT
___, (hereinafter referred to as the “DEBTOR”);

CREDITOR and DEBTOR shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “The Parties” and individually be
referred to as the “Party” in advance explaining the following matters:
A. WHEREAS, DEBTOR based on the financing Application Form dated ___ (hereinafter referred to as the
“financing application form”) has submitted a financing application to the CREDITOR.
B. WHEREAS, The Parties based on Letter Number ___ dated ___ (hereinafter referred to as the "Offering
Letter") agreed and agreed by signing the letter to be able to provide Financing Facilities in the form of
Investment Financing Agreement Purchase by Payment with Installments (hereinafter referred to as "
Financing Agreement”) to the DEBTOR.

In accordance with these matters, the Parties agree that the CREDITOR will provide a Financing Facility to
DEBTOR and therefore the DEBTOR admits that he is indebted to the CREDITOR for the Financing Agreement.
Furthermore, the Parties hereby agree and bind themselves to make and sign this Financing Agreement with the
terms and conditions as follows:
