T.s: training important, look for body weight exercises 1- pushups. 2- pullups. 3- planks.

Support: 1- train in the previously mentioned exercises. 2- their benefits.

Body (3) (playing sports)

T.s: improve your mobility

Support: (1) play two sports 1- swimming. 2- soccer. (2) Actively playing them, muscle more

usable.
