Quantities (BO0) and estimate the cost of construting the
following Villa.
BOQ and Cost shall cover the

and Slab. floor, columns
a. Footings: Assume all footings are isolated,
shall not cover the excavation work dimension 1.5x1.5x0.4 m3. Pricing
b Columns: 40x40 cm, distributed as per the house plan
t! Floor solid slab of 12 cm and roof
solid slab of 20
Walls: concrete blocks, outer wall thickness are 15 cm cm
and inners 12 cm

Tiles

The floor height is 3 meters

Provide table showing the BOQ and Price of the
