SHALL BE MADE WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LANDLORD/LANDLADY.
3. THE TENANT HAS PAID THE LANDLORD/LAND LADY UPON EXECUTION OF THIS TENANCY

4. THE TENANT SHALL ENSURE THAT ALL THE FLOORS AND WALLS OF THE PREMISES ARE KEPT

7. THE LANDLORD/LAND LADY WILL REFUND ALL THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 15 DAYS AND THE
TENANT HAS / HAS MOVED OUT COMPLETELY
8. THE TENANT IS AT THIS MOMENT INFORMED TO RESPECT THE AGREEMENT MADE BY THE
LANDLORD/LANDLADY
9. THE RENT WILL BE PAID THROUGH MPESA /BANK LATEST 5TH EVERY MONTH

N/B VIOLATION OF ANY OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ON PAYMENT OF RENT WHEN DUE SHALL BE
CAUSE FOR EVICTION UNDER THE APPLICABLE CODE SECTION. THE PREVAILING PARTIES
SHALL/SHALL NOT RECOVER THE REASONABLE LEGAL SERVICES FEE INVOLVED.
THE TENANTS AT THIS MOMENT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT,
UNDERSTAND IT AGREED TO, AND HAVE GIVEN A COPY.
