REQUEST FOR SCHEDULE TRANSFERRING

Good day! I am writing to formally request a transfer of schedule from Monday and Tuesday to
Tuesday and Thursday due to after carefully considering and assessing of my current
circumstances, I find that the existing schedule does not align optimally with Ms. Vanessa Lopez,
which is the one who is supervising me. I understand the importance of maintaining schedules and
commitments, and I apologize for any inconvenience this late request may cause.

My current schedule poses that I cannot be trained personally and physically by Ms. Van and I
believe that a transfer of schedule would greatly improve my efficiency and overall performance
at work. I am fully committed to fulfilling my responsibilities and ensuring a smooth transition if
this request is granted.

I kindly request your assistance in facilitating this schedule transfer. If there are any forms or
procedures I need to follow, please let me know, and I will promptly comply with them.
