INTRODUCTION:

The Reine of Pastry Emporium. Reine is a French origin means “Queen”

and Emporium is another term for store or shop. Therefore, The Reine of Pastry

Emporium or in the other name is The Queen of Pastry Shop. Pastry is a major type of

baker’s confectionery. Pastry is a dough of flour, water and shortening (solid fats,

including butter) that may be savory or sweetened. It includes many of the various kinds

of baked products made from ingredients such as flour, sugar, milk, butter, shortening,

baking powder, and eggs. Sweet baked products are called pastries. Pastry shop will be

established or build for the purposes of introducing the unique concept and tastes of

pastries like cakes, cookies, muffins, and etc... where one could find relaxation and

fulfillment.

It could be a good place for students and employees who find themselves

pressured from their studies and works, because pastry will give you satisfactory when it

comes in taste that will relax your mood. It also serves some refreshments like ice

cream, coffee, and smoothie, that will also assure that customers will be satisfied with

the service. Nowadays, life is full of rush, it is very quick and people are lack of time to

have a normal homemade food. This pastry shop will offer to the visitor’s great variety

of sweets. And the design of the pastry shop is going to be relaxing, comfortable, and

cozy so our customers will feel themselves like at home.

And also talks about the mission, vision, and goals, the SWOT analysis,

Organizational Plan, Qualification & Salaries, Market Strategy, Target Customers, the

Capital, Product & Services, the Channel Distribution, Competitors, Layout, Location

Map, the Balance Sheet and the Income Sheet.

ABSTRACT

The Reine of Pastry Emporium is different from other pastry shop or

confectionery shop. This is just not a typical pastry shop that you can eat pastries. This

shop is affordable for students, for barkada moment, for a date, for employees and for

family bonding. The Reine of Pastry Emporium offer a lot making your own design and

taste of your choice of pastry.

This shop has a room that you will enjoy, room that for everyone. The

room or the ordinary room is for selling of pastries or confectioneries just like other

shop. The room two or the sweet museum is the uniqueness of this pastry shop. Room

two is a museum that you can play and enjoy because of different land to experience; the

marshmallow land, candy land, chocolate land, and donut land. This shop has a free Wi-

Fi so you can enjoy for taking pictures and post it. The Reine of Pastry Emporium is

available for catering in different events. The design of this shop is colorful and cozy to

attract customers who is obsess with pastry or confectionery.

There are a lot of pastries you can eat in this shop. Some tasty pastries

like puff pastry, cinnamon roll, bun, muffin, churro, waffle, pie, and many more. There

are different kind of cakes like black forest cake, strawberry shortcake, dark chocolate

cake, and etc... Different kind if ice cream, smoothie, fruit juice and coffee are available

too. All the product of The Reine of Pastry Emporium has aroma that attract many

customers.

The ambiance of the shop is relaxing. There are a different event that has

additional satisfaction for customers of the shop. Many types of sweet pastry that were

developed were intended to be treats, not everyday food, but it is so important and

convenient.

The target customer of The Reine of Pastry Emporium is the pastry lover,

students, couples, group of friends, group of family, and employees. Pastry lover that are

obsess with pastries. Students that are want to take a break. Couples that are want to

have a date. Group of friends that are want to have a food trip or “barkada moment”.

Group of family that want to have a family bonding. And employees that are having

stress to their work and want a relaxation.

Social Media play an important role in our daily life. The Reine of Pastry Emporium

have an own account for posting the latest update of the shop. Posting video in

Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram. Posting photos for customer will see

freshly baked goods/products. This pastry shop have a contest to provoke customer/

pastry lover fans to feel include and connected with the shop, it also encourages

customer and eventually purchasing. A host and post events will show expertise and also
