Very Important Notice to all Students:

Registration for Summer 2024

Please take a note of the following:

1. PROVISIONAL RESULTS
➢ Results for the current semester (February 2024- June 2024) will be published on
• Wednesday 05th June 2024 for Foundation students.

• Thursday 27th June 2024 for Undergraduate students.

• Foundation Re-sit students Sunday 23rd June 2024.

➢ Results will NOT be given out over the telephone.
➢ Results will be available on “MyMajan App for all students (Foundation & Undergraduate
students) and will be sent by mail.

2. REGISTRATION
➢ Online Registration for (summer 2024) semester for all students will start
from 05th June 2024.

➢ Registration for new Students 5th June 2024.

 3. FINANCE
➢ 5% discount for Cash/Card Tuition fees full payment is available on:
• (Not applicable for summer semester) for Undergraduate & Foundation students
➢ The balance in your account cannot be used for a discount. Changes in registration after
the discount period will reverse any cash discount previously credited.
➢ A financial penalty of RO 75 will be charged if payment is not paid in full within two
weeks from the start of semester.
• (Not applicable for summer semester) for Foundation & Undergraduate students.
➢ Installments should be paid in advance against (2) two equal postdated cheques with
the following dates: 05/July/2024; 05/Aug/2024;
➢ Please note that administration charges of Rial 5 will be collected for bounced cheque.
➢ Cheques will be presented on the prescribed dates and any requests to postpone
encashment of cheques will not be accepted.
➢ Fee payment can be made at KIOSK machines kept at the entrance of Al Nahda block or
ONLINE through Majan’s website and the MyMajan App.
➢ In case of bank transfer, the payment date will be the date on which the amount is
credited to the college account.

4. TEACHING STARTS ON-

• Sunday 30th June 2024 for Foundation and Undergraduate students.
