The selection of installation site, the size of the computer room, and the

floor area and structure should fully consider the convenience of medical
work. Specific requirements are as follows:

a) X-ray shielding requirements for the room: X-ray shielding must comply
with the regulations of the health and epidemic prevention department.

b) Room size requirements: Room area ≥ 5.5m × 4.5m, room height ≥ 3m,
minimum door size ≥ 1.6m × 2.2m (width × height).

c) Doctor's operating room size requirements: Minimum dimensions (length ×

width): 3.5m × 2m. The machine room and doctor's operating room have a
single-open lead door, with a door size (width × height) ≥ 1.2m × 2m.
Power outlets should be provided inside the operating room. It is
recommended that the observation window dimensions be (length × height ×
thickness): 800mm × 600mm × 20mm.

d) Requirements for the机房 floor: The foundation should be solid, flat, and
clean. The room should not be cluttered with items unrelated to diagnostic
work, and it should be kept dry and well-ventilated.

e) Attenuation requirements: The X-ray attenuation equivalent of the wall and

floor or ceiling facing the X-ray window is ≥2mmPb, and the attenuation
equivalent of other parts is ≥1~1.5mmPb.

f) Isolation requirements: Effective isolation measures should be set up

between the console and the X-ray source (X-ray tube assembly).
g) Identification requirements: The door of the computer room should have an
ionizing radiation sign, and a conspicuous work指示灯 should be installed.

h) Requirements for the机房内部: The layout within the机房 should be

reasonable, and there should be no clutter unrelated to diagnostic work.
Good ventilation must be maintained.

i) Auxiliary protection requirements: Each set of X-ray machines should be

equipped with an appropriate amount of auxiliary protective supplies that
 meet the protection requirements, such as lead rubber gloves, lead rubber
aprons, lead-protected chairs, and lead glasses, etc.

j) Cable trench requirements: Design cable trenches for wiring within the
room. The direction and width of the cable trench can be excavated based
on the position of the equipment. The cable trench cover plate should have
sufficient strength and be removable for easy maintenance in the future.
It is recommended to arrange the cable lines of the unit underground in a
hidden line layout. Between each component, pre-drilled wiring channels
should be prepared, especially for concrete floors. Pay attention to this
issue. Pay attention to moisture prevention and prevention of rodent
damage to cables in the wiring channel. It is recommended to place a metal

a) Ambient temperature: 10°C~40°C, it is recommended to equip a heating

and cooling air conditioner to control the temperature within 25°C ± 2°C.
Relative humidity: 30%~75%.

c) Monitor the temperature change rate within the computer room and ensure it
does not exceed 10 degrees per hour to prevent condensation water from
forming inside the control cabinet and damaging equipment.

d) It is recommended to install air conditioning equipment with

dehumidification function in the computer room to ensure that the
equipment operates within the specified range,有利于设备的长期稳定

a) Power supply voltage: 380V ± 38V;

b) Number of phases: Three-phase five-wire system (U, V, W phase lines;
neutral line; ground protection line).
c) Power frequency: 50Hz ± 1Hz;
d) Power supply internal resistance: less than 0.5Q;
e) Dedicated air switches are installed in the computer room.
f) Power capacity: ≥ 120% of the power of the connected equipment.
g) At the installation location, the dedicated power switch for the machine
should be installed on the wall about 1 meter away from the console.
The length and cross-sectional area of the wires connecting the power switch
to the external power transformer are important factors affecting the
internal resistance of the power supply. Therefore, the cross-sectional
area of the wires should be chosen to be sufficiently large (>6mm²) based

on the input power requirements.2copper line);

 According to the requirements for protective grounding devices, the
grounding device and terminals should ensure safe and reliable operation,
with a copper conductor cross-sectional area of ≥4mm².

Based on the site, the position of equipment placement and the installation
site requirements for each component are as follows:

a) Photography bed space: longitudinal 2100mm, transverse 1400mm, height

2200mm, ground surface must be level, area 2500mm × 1500mm.

b) The space occupied by the high-pressure generator: longitudinally 700mm,

transversely 400mm, height 862mm, the ground surface should be level, and
the area is 750mm × 450mm.

c) Operating table space: longitudinally 1400mm, transversely 700mm,

height 750mm, area 1500mm x 800mm. Here is the installation plan (for

1) When the floor load capacity in the computer room does not meet the
requirements, it will cause the unit to be unable to be installed.

2) When the net height in the机房 is less than 2800mm, it will cause the unit
to be unable to operate.
