house. My house is a quite big. It has got two
floors; a ground floor and a first floor. It has also

Smoking bans are public

policies, including criminal
laws and occupational
safety and health
regulations, that prohibit
tobacco smoking in workplaces and other public
spaces. Legislation may also define more
generally cigarettes or any conspicuous tobacco
product.
Smoking is prohibited when refueling. This may
cause an explosion or fire. This appeal is not
