It is to certify that Mr. Arslan S/O Muhammad Siddique having CNIC No. 37301-
9091302-1 has been working with S & S Engineering Services on Metro Bus Project
(PKG-ISB-I) at Islamabad from 08 Feb 2017 to 8th Jan 2020.

He started in our company at the position of electrician, but with his excellent performance,
he quickly got officially employed as a full time employee and now working as Electrical
Supervisor. For the last 3 years of working for us, he has demonstrated himself as a
professionally sound, hardworking and a devoted individual. His leadership skills are
outstanding very helpful and highly appraised by our staff.

We found him efficient in whatever task we assigned to him. He is a confident person, has
excellent technical skills and has contributed much to our organizational goals.

Moreover, I would like to reflect on his conduct. He has been found sincere, reliable,
trustworthy, sociable and open to challenges. He has a genial temperament and can efficiently
work in a team.
