Sub: Coordination and Handling of classes in the Programme on Developing PACS in to Multi
Purpose Societies (SOFTCOB)21-23 March 2024- Tour Plan for Approval-Regarding.

Based on the additional allocation of budget for the conduct of SOFTCOB programme, we have
designed a Programme on Developing PACS in to Multi Purpose Societies at Kottayam during 21-23
March 2024.

To Coordinate and handle classes in the Programme , I may request the Secretary, NCCT to grant
permission to proceed to Kottayam.

My Tour plan is as follows.

20/03/24 Evening: Proceeding to Kottayam and reaching there in the night

21/03/24 : Coordination of Programme at Kottayam and Classes in the Forenoon (Kottayam .Dt)

22/03/24: Classes in the forenoon

Classes of Afternoon on 22/03/24 and 23rd will be handled by Institute Contract Faculty Members

23/03/24 & 24/03/24 : Holidays

25/03/24 (Morning): Reporting at Institute of Cooperative Management, TVM

The office charge for the above days will be given to Dr.Jayamohan Nair, the Faculty Member,
Institute of Cooperative Management ,Thiruvananthapuram.
