INTRODUCTION
Effective teamwork is crucial for achieving success in various
projects and endeavors and a key aspect of this is assigning clear
roles to team members . a group of 22 members conveyed under
the shade behind the whit-taker building, starting our
backgrounds. We the focused on defining roles within the group
and elected our leaders. Despite some initial challenges , we
successfully chose a a name for the group. This meeting laid
foundation for our future activities and collaborations and
highlighting the importance of clear role definition for seamless
teamwork and productivity.
TEAM OVERVIEW.
The maestros comprises twenty-two dedicated mechanical
engineering students, each assigned specific roles within the
team. Our focus is on utilizing technology to optimize work
processes and improve efficiency. The primary objective is to do
everything to unite ourselves and be able to work as a team
spirit , think problems together. We being engineers , our long -
term goals focus on designing projects that will contribute to our
country's technological advancement . we look up to becoming
masters of solving engineering problems hence the name
MAESTROS.
CHALLENGES FACED
One challenge faced was the assignment of roles. Upon
interaction with other members we realized the roles assigned
did not exactly correlate with the behaviour of some individuals.
Another challenge faced wa absenteeism. Some members do not
show up for group meetings be it online or physical.
Also the selection of a group leader also became a challenge the
group tend to face.this was due to the situation where most
individuals had the capability of becoming a group leader.
Furthermore choosing of a group name name also became a
challenge since every individual had his or her own opinion.
SOLUTIONS TO THE CHALLENGE FACED.
In view of the challenges faced, below were some measures
taken to counter these problems. First with the problem of group
name selection, since everyone had a suitable group name
suggestion we had to agree on one. This was therefore resolved
by a fair voting process and a suitable name was agreed on.
Also with the problem of absenteeism, it was agreed on at the
meeting that there will be frequent and random roll checks, this
will at least reduce absenteeism by members in the group.
Another problem which was resolves was the election of a group
leader. With this issue, there was a fair voting also conducted
and the person with the most votes was made the leader.
CONCLUSION.
