To share information about Boom-up function slow.

Failure/Problem

To adjust system pressure.

Symptom

Boom-up operation can operate only in F-mode.

History

Machine main pump and machine overhaul.

Cause & analysis

-Main relief valve needs to adjust to get standard pressure.

-Main pump pressure is low.
-Main pump delivery pressure from pump, and pump is nearly 120 bar.

Action

Our service team check the machine condition,

we found boom-up function can operate in F-mode.
So, we check the main pump pressure. It’s is about 120 bar.
Therefore we adjust the main relief vlave to get standard pressure is 320 bar.
After that we test run the machine.
Now boom-up operation is OK.
