7) Hinges are the correct type, swing free & not bound.
8) All screws are in & the same type.
9) Overall condition & working condition of doors.
10) Doors clean (dust, paint & other scuff marks)
11) Fire doors (Ensure certificates available & included in Data Book)
12) Lead doors (Ensure certificates available & included in Data Book)
13) Correct signage displayed for above “special doors”
